From childhood when ever he faces the problem even he felt bad he find the power to fight back and find solutions but with sai and his jeeva leaving him, his heart gave up... He is depressed 😢🤧... Disclaimer: As said in the first chapter, the separation here is by kaku, not the track in our ghum. When Virat had gone to Amaravathi for training, kaku had initiated the separation. So, Virat and Sai do not have a one on one or anything here. Sai is upset because Virat did not trust her initially and had approached her only after knowing the truth. And PD and devyani are married, Virat himself made sure that this happened.

Sai just came back from the local market at GC, buying all the essentials and groceries for the house during her stay. It had got quite late already, maybe 8 pm at night. She was staying at a house which actually belonged to one of her aaba's good friend who now lived in Pune. And when he had got to know of her marriage troubles, he had willingly offered his house keys to her saying that this was a part of respect for his friend and had allowed her stay here whenever she was in Gadchiroli. She had just came from Nagpur a day ago, her exams had recently been wrapped and currently her holidays were going on. How was she managing in Nagpur?
After she had left, oh no, she was ousted from CN, she had came back to GC. And then Pulkit sir had offered his help to her for all that she had to undergo because of him and she had got a room in the hostel with his assistance. Usha maushi had agreed to assist Devi tai and worked in Pulkit sir's house, and she was very content there.
Sai who reached the home opened the door and entered into the house, she struggled with the heavy bags and kept them on the table with a big Uff when she heard something fall down on the floor from the table.
Sai checked what had fell and it was a picture,his picture to be precise. Sai slowly sat on the floor and leaned against a chair in the living room, she tenderly took the pic in her hand and caressed the man's face which had a huge smile on his face in that pic. Who was he here? Her husband, her..........first love. Yes,Sai had realised in these four months that this man had captured her heart. He did matter. Probably cuz he was the first man in her life, he was her husband,not of choice, but a person other than her aaba who got her candy floss,chat ,cared for her dreams, amd her first love. Her whole world had earlier revolved around her aaba, but this man had slowly crept into her heart, with his care, his personality, with his aura.
Earlier when she realised this that a man was entering her heart who was not her aaba, she began to make comparisons between him and aaba,to silence her heart. But, later on,when she finally separated from him, she realised that this was love,this is love, and her heart desired Virat sir, not a person like her aaba, but Virat sir himself, just as he was. But, fate didn't like it probably. She continued staring at his pic, it was a pic that Mohith had took on Mahashivratri, both were present in that pic. But his charm was amazing. But maybe fate had other plans for them .
Yes, she knew the reason why they were not together today was not his fault,neither hers, it was a web of conspiracies, lies and stories, finely weaved around them and unfoltunately both of them and their relationship had badly tangled with it. And a truth,that none could perceive initially. He was not even present when kaku sent her out. But what broke her was that, his first preference was his family's part of truth, she was not jealous, no, she knew the value of a family. But, wasn't she his family as well? This is what he himself had said. And isn't family supposed to have different ideologies, and he could have come to her once ki Sai kya hua? Kyun chali gayi ghar chodke? ,but no.
He did come, but when the ugly truth came out infront of him. Virat sir had got hold of some clue when he was investigating an another case, one of the CCTV had captured baba and omi uncle travelling that night he had called her while she was rescuing Pulkit sir ,when he was in amaravathi. When he went on with this clue,he came across dadu and had got hold of entire truth. Including the letter and documents. And he had rushed to her even before going to confront his 'dil ke acche' elders. But the heartbreak was too much for her, he had apologised and begged her, but her heart was not ready, or it was...... but she didn't allow it. Sai remembered her words that day when she had refused to return....
(Flashback)
Virat had came and had told everything that had conspired. All the truth.
Virat: Pls mere saath chalo Sai, tumhare ghar, hamare ghar mein, sab sahi karunga mein, apni ore se poori koshish karunga. Apne padhayi ke baarein mein socho ,apne sapne ke baare mein,............... (and in a silent voice) mere baare mein.
Sai: Sapna mera hai Virat sir, mein uska khayal rakh loongi. Aur aapka khayal rakhne ke liye uss ghar mein bohot log hai.
Virat: mein maanta hu Sai, mein galat tha. Mein galat hu. Par mein galat nahi bane rehna chahta hu Sai. Mein tumhaare liye sudharna chahta hu, mein tumhare liye Virat sir banna chahta hu.
Sai(gave a mocking chuckle): Aur phir, phir aap acche se meri zimmedari nibhaana chahte hai, nahi? Aapke dost ko khush rakh ke, apne parivaar ko khush rakh ke, aap mujhe khush rakh paayenge, kaise?. Haan, jab mein cheekh cheekh ke sach bata rahi thi,toh aapne andekha kar diya usko, kaash ,kaash aap ek baar,ek baar mujhpe bharosa karte. Sach bataiye Virat sir, kya aaj aap jo mehsoos kar rahe hai mere liye, kya aap uss din bhi mehsoos kar rahe the jis din kaku ne unke kahaani ke saath aapko kaha ki unhone mujhe ghar se nikaal diya?
Virat mumbled a silent 'nahi'
Sai: Aur agar sach baahar nahi aata toh?
Virat (silently): Mujhe pata nahi Sai, shayad mujhe waqt chahiye tha. Sab maan ne ke liye, sab samajhne ke liye. Par pls....mein sab theek karna chahta hu, hamare liye.
Sai: (in a broken voice) Par ab mujhe waqt chahiye Virat sir,sab samajhne ke liye. Kyunki aapne mera dil tod diya hai, mujhe laga tha koyi maane ya na maane, par yeh insaan kam se kam mujhe sunega zaroor. Par aapne mujhe galat saabit kar diya. Toh mujhe akela chod dijiye, kuch waqt ke liye,pls, mein aapke saath nagpur nahi aa sakti, aap jayiye yaha se, plssss
Sai had said pleadingly and Virat sir didn't say anything after that and had went away.
Although, a kid had showed up at her door a few moments later that day,she had received a letter with a candy floss, and the letter had these words
"I'll wait for you till eternity, till the last moment I breathe, Mrs. Chavan, yours truly ,Virat Chavan" . And Sai had broken down after that.
Sai felt something wet on her palm and came out of the flashback, she realised she was crying. She was happy when she had came to know that he himself had ensured that tai's wedding hapened with Pulkit sir. But,their wedding? Sai wiped her tears and kept the photo back on the table.
Strange, she was remembering him a lot today, heavily to be precise, she missed him a lot. Probably she had come back from Nagpur,cuz there she did use to get glimpses of him. Might be the reason she was missing him.
She composed herself and got up. She decided to change and went inside the room, but when she unwrapped the scarf she had worn around her neck ,suddenly, she heard a THAK and something falling down. And she realised that is was actually her............... mangalsutra , her mangalsutra had broke down.Sai got super scared suddenly and frantically held it and began to collect all the beads in a panic. Aai had made her understand the importance of the mangalsutra and Sai knew that this was a bad omen.
Sai(thinking): Bappa, pls,pls, Virat sir ko kuch mat hone dena. Pls bappa. Unko surakshit rakhna.
Sai began to chant all known mantras and began collecting her mangalsutra beads.
Meanwhile here in Nagpur:
Samrat was sitting in the living area, deep in thought about Virat. Honestly speaking, Samrat was ashamed of himself. He had long back realised that what ever happened with him, Virat had no fault. He was unnecessarily blaming Virat for having felt human emotions. He was actually now free of that marriage, he was about to receive an annulment soon and Patralekha was at her parents house currently. But he never put these into words infront if Virat. And now Virat was totally shut out from everyone. After realising the truth of the family ,Virat had issued an arrest warrant against the family by convincing Pulkit and had also arrested them. He had very well did his duty as an officer and he totally supports Virat for that ,he himself was shocked and disgusted knowing this ugly side of the family,of what they did to tai, when he had returned two months ago. But Virat had also did his duty as a son, he himself had also arranged bail for them as a son of the house. He had shone totally.
But, Virat had cutoff entirely from the family and did not speak to them, he only spoke to Pulkit,tai, ashwini mami, shivani maasi and Mohith. But when Virat tried to speak to him,he had pushed him ,and Samrat was now very guilty of that. He wished he had spoke to Virat. Cuz, he had seen his distress, he had felt his pain when he used to see Virat crying holding his wife's ,Sai ,Sai was the name, her photo. But he never went and gave his shoulder to his brother to cry. He wish he had. But he wanted to change that now, he will talk to Virat as soon as he came back home today. He will support his 'shiva' today and from now on.
Samrat was deep in thought when his chain was broken by a phone call. He realised it was his phone, Pulkit was calling, so he picked it up. But ,then after, Samrat got the shock of his life by Pulkit's information. Samrat was shocked and after composing himself he gathered all the family members, all had worried faces seeing Samrat tensed. All began to frantically question him and Ashwini came forward....
Aai: Samrat, bada, bolna kya hua hai? Tu itne chinte mein kyu hai, sab theek haina ,bolna.
Samrat(took a deep breath): Maami, dhyaan se suniye, woh PULKIT KA PHONE AAYA THA MUJHE, VIRAT KO........ GOLI LAGI HAI, USKA CONDITION CRITICAL HAI.
