Lol, no, I felt the same way as you! I just never knew how to pen my thoughts down on this matter. But I think you (and many of the others who have posted so far) put it very beautifully!
Shiva definitely cares for Raavi. More than he would like to think/care for. I've always considered his misplaced hate was a form of a coping mechanism for him. He tried to love, but Maami and Anita (after breaking the marriage) proved him that the family could not be trusted. I'm sure as he grew up, he became fond of Raavi's happiness, maybe a little too fond. So, whenever he felt like he was wavering, I think he treated her poorly/bullied her as a coping mechanism. I also think Raavi's ever positive attitude and come-backs only further fueled them to begin their nok-jhok. He knows he can never hurt her, and she knows he'll never bring harm to her.
Even though he kept saying he would never let her get married to Dev, he did nothing to stop the wedding. Probably out of respect for his bhabi's words and family, but I also think out of respect for Raavi. He probably understands (and hates) how much she's grown fond of Dev.
As for the marriage, I think you're right. Most of his unhappiness seems to be stemming from the fact that his wife is openly showing just how much she does not want to marry him. I would never want to be in a relationship where my spouse openly displays his unhappiness for the relationship, so I completely sympathize with Shiva here. I also think Shiva was angry for so long at Dev because Dev contributed to Raavi's unhappiness more so than Dev being the reason he married his enemy. Every day, he keeps being reminded of this, and Raavi yelling at him in the most recent episode, probably only reminded him of how Raavi viewed him.
I didn't really like how Shiva called Raavi a panauti. But maybe he was more harsh because he couldn't stand her silence/unhappiness/anger. He probably just as desperately wants them to return to their status quo as the rest of us.
In short, I enjoy this type of love-hate relationship more. Shiva's hate is so misplaced, and he has some sort of soft adoration for her (even before their marriage), that it makes the romantic moments between them that much more alluring and heartwarming!

I just read this FF on our forum and man it was so well written I had goosebumps. So many talented writers in the forum yaar which just makes me so happy. But I am such a mind boggling slow reader that I have so many os/FFs that are just waiting to be completed.
Just wanted to cheer our writers and say man you all are so talented. ❤️

But every time when Ravi says I hate u. it breaks my heart. I feel bad for shiva.
Me too Shiva is rough in the outside but soft inside
hope Raavi can see the goodness inside him
