Correct me if I'm wrong.

That's the irony. When she doesn't listen to Usha Maushi who brought her up then why would she listen to anyone else? Neither Ayi nor Virat. I feel we ourselves are responsible for our behaviour. This should be taught by our parents. Along with love we need to teach them values too which she lacks. This can be mainly because she didn't have a mother, but Usha Maushi should have been a little stern with her and taught her some values.

Will try... 😆

I agree with what Sai is going through completely like you said the loss of someone when they are alive hurts more... you come to term with death as it’s inevitable but losing your loved one due to a separation hurts more...

Sai has grown as a person since she came to GC.. some traits of hers are still the same but I see a more confident girl trying into a woman.
I also want Sai to acknowledge and realise the fact that she broke his trust and hurt him as well no matter what her motive..
Me too. I want a sincere apology from both. When you have to start on a clean slate, it has to be clean from both ends. She does have a couple of things to say sorry for to him.

As for Virat he isn’t introspecting from her side very honestly. He’s thinking about his pain. As for leaving his family Scott free main kya hi bolu (they need them for the next track all I can say) but he’s realised he made a grave grave mistake but for him the punishment of staying away from her is not tolerable 🤪

Again he isn’t taking into consideration what all that gurl has gone through in his family maybe tomorrow when we see the confrontation and Sai brings this up hopefully that his dil ke acche ghar ke bade don’t want her back in the house and even if she is to come back will she ever get the respect might make him realise where the actual problem lies.... he has a lot to think about and fix before he bring her home or even tries and he should work on that especially with drawing the line with his vahini!
I do find him selfish on that count. Until it comes to a point where he has to take one side, he just turns a blind eye to everything. Look at his mother's condition. And when he has to take a stand, he will go with what he can "see" without using his discerning powers mostly.

What you said about physical intimacy holds very true Janki.... it’s not the only thing required in a relationship but it is very important. You are the most vulnerable in that state and you partner sees it so it’s a moment where you truly understand each other especially the first time.... they haven’t had any close proximity with each other... there are lot of emotions running through them and they need to think about it. Whether it is Sai and her constant thought of why am I thinking about Virat or it is Virat who is in love with his wife but the guilt of his promises are still stopping him somewhere... both need to break the shackles and build a relationship on love and not out of farz or zimmedari because their relationship has passed that stage at this point!

It applies to both -- I guess even Sai would have spared one thought for her marriage before going behind him to make Devi escape while he was trying to get close to her and not giving him another chance to discover the truth and be on her side.

I’m honestly looking forward to see how to build this up and what happens in the coming episodes!

@bold No, I don't think so. If it was a usual marriage, he would have been angry for the right reason(for marrying her sister without anyone's consent), not the anger that stemed out of hurt n distrust. He didn't even remember to care about his beloved sister then. The feelings which he thinks is unrequited from her side n their unsure relationship paved the way for his anger n rage, though nothing can justify his actions😕 If it was the Virat from the initial days of their marriage, unburdened of any feelings for his wife, no matter how angry he might have been, he would have heard her out. Her protection was his first priority, though it should have been now too, but his every other feeling was overpowered by the hurt n her distrust in him.

True. I agree. His anger turned into that kind of rage only when the teeli lagana happened about "Pati ho, wo sunti kahan hai, tumne kaha tha, holi manayi etc etc..." And his flashes of how she just vanished in the middle of their ilu ilu session😆

Good to see you back here. Well your perspective on both Virat and Sai are spot on. Anyway, I don't have any hope from Virat as his character is simply copy paste and no layers as shown in the beginning. So no serious analysis of the episode from me as usual😉.

But I slightly differ in one point of yours regarding physical intimacy. I don't think Virat will think and give chance for Sai to put forth her view if they shared one. On a general note, they are many misunderstandings between couples and it lead to divorce with the presence of their kids. MCP will always remain MCP even if they become father of a daughter.

Yes, divorces and separations do happen even after spouses share physical intimacy but it is usually over a period of time of disillusionment/abuse/incompatibility or whatever reason it is. I am speaking of snapping ties in a moment, in rage without giving the other a patient hearing -- this can happen mostly only in case of adultery in a normal marriage, I think or some serious crime. It was easy for Virat (and also Sai) to put their marriage at the altar of sacrifice --- Virat did it for the family's fake pride as the chaheeta beta and Sai did it as the insaafpasand beloved sister to her cousin-in-law. Both did not spare a thought about the consequence of a thoughtless action -- the lacking trust is one aspect of it... I do feel, it could have at least made the separation less humiliating. But, I do get your point and you could be absolutely right too.

The show is just a time pass for me and I will watch and post or reply here only in few selected threads mainly for enjoying beizzati of Mrs.MIA. Because at the end of the day, it's just trp game.

I started watching after Abba accident promo and got impressed with Sai character. My tolerance with ITV is very less and detachment is quite easy for me😎

All said and done, i know logic should not be applied but still one night he is worried about his sister. Still he wants to have food, sleep and then in morning go and arrest the professor/doctor

The next night he is restless because Sai is not with him, but what stopped him from going right away. Who would be able to sleep at such time. He wasnt even sure if she had gone there and dont tell me he did not have Usha Maushi's no.

Ye kaise IPS office, bhai aur Pati hain. His worry should have been on a different level, but came across as very casual. I know bad writing but still

Loved this!!

Also is it just me who felt the bg song wasn't the best choice?

Tere Bina is such a playful song about longing for one's love.

However, the situation here was anything but playful.

I was personally thinking that another SAD song with more intensity would have better? Something like Kitni Baatein or Humari Adhuri Kahaani. Something more subtle than DuM dARa DuM dArA mAsT mAsT- like, this really isn't the scenario for such energetic/positive beats!
