I like Karthik as I respect Outsiders, but this is PR... Netflix wont pay 135 cr for a film of this genre... :)

This is the film Kartik shot after he told KJo he didn't want to resume filming Dostana because of COVID. He reportedly got 20cr for 10 days work.

I doubt it, though. If I'm not mistaken, Dharmatic is partners with Netflix India.

OTOH, OTT audience is not the same as the Salman/Akshay/Tiger audience, so maybe Netflix found it a good idea to invest in Karthik.
