Exactly I even posted that same thing babli ko toh kabhi goa jaane nahi degi vineet. Acp is chandigarh police why would he go to goa that too for college fest.

This was my thought too. The fest would explain the venue change - and the presence of just Kanchan and Babli, who are both part of helping with fest. Not sure how they'll fit Ahir into it.
