Malini Didi ki thinking ka toh koi jawaab nahi👏.

Itne delusions isne paal rakhe hai ki iski life main isne jo bhi kuch kaha hai sabki validity is in question😕.

Didi ka basic belief is that she is always right. Toh yeh belief banaye rakhne ke liye hi yeh delusions paalti hai. Har cheez ko tod marod ke aisa pov banati hai jisme woh khud ko main hi sahi hu is baat ka yakeen dila sake.

Aaj toh use pata hai ki woh Adi-Imlie se bura behave kar rahi hai, but use is baat se koi farak nahi padta. Ye dono use pain se bachane ke liye khud pain aur guilt main alag rehkar jee rahe hai but Didi ko toh ratti bhar bhi apne alawa kisi aur ki nahi padi😆.

Pehle jis mom ko woh galat samajti thi aaj usi ko sidha clean cheat de diya kyunki now she is identifying with her. Matlab woh khud sahi hai toh ab mom bhi sahi ho gayi in how she has handled her life.

She didn't want to have a married life like that of her parents jaha har waqt jhagde hote hai. So isiliye usne according to her apne best friend se hi pyaar kiya😆.

Adi being her best friend is the biggest joke of the century🤣. They are not even basic friends. Warna relationship main ek basic care and understanding toh hoti. Aur hum toh inki understanding ke nazare toh dekh hi chuke hai😆.

Didi is now taking inspiration from her mom in how to save marriage. Matlab akkal hai ki nahi😛. You know what bad relationship your parents have with eachother but still unse hi inspiration leni hai to save your marriage. Kya sense hai isme.

And now instead of targeting Adi & getting to the root of the problem, Didi is targeting Imlie who is taking away Adi's attention jo ki Didi ka haq hai. Khud main sach ko face karne ki himmat hai nahi toh aise bechari Imlie jo use kabhi answer back nahi karti usi ko neeche khicho.

Aaj toh itna deliberately usko har jagah put down kar rahi thi ki Adi ko bhi uska behaviour ajeeb laga. Woh joh fake sweet hone ki zehmat pehle uthati thi ab woh bhi nahi karna hai Didi ko. Aur iska yeh behaviour towards Imlie increase hi hote rahega. Not only because Adi Imlie ko attention de raha hai but also because she is plain jealous of the girl🤢.

Pata nahi ye kon log hai jo abhi bhi Didi ko support karenge. Aaj toh itna clearly iska asli chehra dikha diya hai CVs ne audience ko. CVs koi whitewashing nahi kar rahe Didi ki. Mujhe toh lagta hai ki woh dheere dheere uska asli roop pehle se hi dikha rahe the with small small things to audience. But in the show abhi bhi her sweetness ka facade maintained hai. Abhi slowly Adi ko bhi iska real nature dikhane lag gaya hai jo pehle he used to ignore.

Sometimes I think ki Malini Didi apne aapko sach main TV serial ki adarsh patni & bahu samajhti hai😆. Aaj ka woh mandir wala monologue about fighting for her marriage & doing everything to save it was giving me that typical TV bahu vibes🤣.

Till now adi only said that he was not in love with malini.he misunderatood it to love. She was his freind.

Today malini also said she marry to her best freind.

Both of them were freind 🤣.

Adi is such a grumpy chilld and he was even grumpier caz sick but the first scene was all sorts of aww with him dikhaooing imlie nakhre and pretending to be mad testing her patience ke hum hi sab galat karte hain iss ghar main🤣 Hum hi Bure hain.. humari marzi kahan chalti hai na tumpe na halaat pe 🤣isi liye hum hi chale jaate hain...🤣 while crying In his bed and then rote rote adds a tumhein kya farak padta hai hum jeeyein ya maraein hahaha nikal aayi na dil baat🤣🤗

this whole part was so awesomely cute...though ye dil mange more..I thought that Imaliya would be going in her regular Imlie mode..she did but not the extent I expected...Itni jaldi maan gaya Adi....She didnt have to put much efforts at all..

I think the fact that she said she had come at the door 6 times before finally giving up and entering the room convinced him about the "FARQ" He probably got half well hearing that...

The fact that she was there...before him ..caring for him...inspite of knowing that he was "itna bura" "itna Kadva" was enough for his fever to say "bye bye"

aww Papa tripathi instructed Adi to go and drop imelia till the door of her class.. ab pakka yeh peeche se aayega to witness didi ka scene 🤣 after few mins so didi goes to her staffroom or whatever so he can drop imlie to witness that whole tamasha😆

But that one question actually hankered for an answer from Imlie...giving him some insight in her mind...The assurance he wanted...and Imlie being Imlie...deflects it and in that process makes Gabbar laugh..He seemed to be in so much pain...aansu nikal gaye the...naak beh rahi thi...Gosh you feel sorry...and in that state Imlie was the only remedy...

The man has tried his best now...short of going KABOOM he has tried everyway to make her understand...Imlie is fighting her own battles too...she is now slowly understanding that what she wants to do is not practically possible...even her usual flair has subdued...poor girl...has to grow up so fast because of this mess...cant even revel in the first throes of love!!!

And isnt it amazing...how she used to get so deeply hurt when Adi used to tell her to get out or of the kind..but she is not offended with Didi Lashing out on her...

Two unpopular opinions...

One...I like Pari..he is doing what a true friend would do...We are seeing on a different level...but had the case been reversed (like Adi was cheating on Imlie for Didi🤢, we would be asking why isnt he telling people the truth!) And he was right when he told Imlie that nobody is going to side with her when they come to know the truth...though knowing the CV ki aadat in this one...we might just see Ts standing behind Imlie like Aparna said today when getting Imlie ready for the college...

I can't take any concern that Prakash shows for Imlie seriously. Because it is all wrapped up in his own one sided love for her. He truly hated & detested Adi even before the truth of Imlie's marriage situation was found out by him because he loves Imlie. He was always trying to put Adi down during his stay in PD because of jealousy.

So the revelation of Adi having another wife was like a god send for him. Now he is using that as his justification for all of his acts. First he tried to propose Imlie, then tried to drum into her that her relationship with Adi is najaayaz which is not true at all & is ready to spill the truth at the drop of a hat. Yes, he knows that Imlie is not living as Adi's wife in his home but he also knows that Adi loves her & is trying to give her the rightful place that she deserves. He also knows Imlie loves Adi.

Frankly I don't think he is a true friend to Imlie. And even Imlie doesn't reciprocate to his claims of being her best friend. Or she would have actually felt safe in confiding her feelings about the situation to him. Imlie ke liye bhi ye koi khaas dost nahi hai. Just a childhood friend. Koi close friendship nahi hai Imlie ki Prakash se.

Two...Why is Sindoor such big issue...I get it because of Imlie and Pagdandiya ritual it is very important to her...but I am talking about the general hype....Sindoor doesnot signify the love and trust of married woman..it should be her choice to wear it..not symbolism...Just like men dont need any symbol on their head or feet to show they are married...

I kind of like the small snippets that Imlie gives in...Like she said when Adi gave her the ghadi...that it means she can share the time..Adi almost takes it in a stride...He has come to know he so well now...The importance of his every gift is so much for her...a girl who values the simplest of gestures...I wonder why Adi didnot take the conversation further...but then again...today's agenda seemed "Imlie ko college chhodna hai" so whatever whatever karne me Didi aa gai...

And now she is going full on grey to black mode...so chalo...whatever gets Imaliya out of this statusquo mode of hers

The actress playing MRs C seems to be taken ill or something (God bless her) or CVs wouldnt have missed the chance of showing her throw that phone yesterday😛

Wow- what an episode. Little bit of everything. Where to start?

The exchange between BS and Imlie was truly awwww-worthy. I love the boldness in her character that never shies away from calling spade a spade and a kadva BS- kadva. Also love the fact that it’s his sweet smile and love towards Imlie that redeems him in my eyes. Unlike other ITV serials- I love that Imlie and BS are able to discuss their feelings for each other openly.

I had kinda predicted this sudden appearance of Ms Malini- dumping 4th period to rush back and her Dr Jekyll- Mr Hyde transformation and unsheathing of those cute kitten claws. I mean I think it’s a little too late Malini didi to be telling Imlie to leave the room and married couples required privacy when you had even invited a sick Imlie inside the room on your suhaag raat and to be fair to Imaliya - that door is like NEVER closed. I liked how BS kinda calmly observed this sudden vicious attack. Either he had always sensed this side to her but never actually seen it come to the fore or was registering that the war had started and all that was putrid and festering had to come out before the healing started- meanwhile it would be best if he sank under-covers and took a nap😆 Yup- no way BS is your run of the mill ML- he is conflicted and can even be sick in love 😆

After launching the first surgical strike Malini then went to call in for reinforcements from her own Bhagwanji 😆 I don’t know how much that will work with SM being of course strongly in Imlie camp. I like these Shakespearean monologues each of the leads occasionally have to explain their inner tensions and conflicts. I liked Malini explaining her stance - she is of course in the denial stage. And as much as I am in Adilie camp, I do feel for her. But I do wish she realizes that a husband whose attention and care you have to fight for is probably not worth fighting for. As BS said to Editorji- none of them are at fault but it’s the way that experience changes and transforms them and the journey that is interesting. Imlie’s character has that basic strength that enables her to be firm without being vicious. But looks like Malini is determined to have her happiness at the cost of everything else. I wonder though in all her hours of marriage and saath- saal analysis if she ever hearkens back to the time - when BS tried to tell her the truth and she fainted. Doesn’t look like Malini version 2 will ever faint, man.

Even BS looked a little rattled there in the car. May be he was rethinking his “come cleann- Sach Swach relationship approach to Malini. Arrey BS just wait till she tells Mrs Chaturvedi. . Also looks like City College will be the main battle field for the ‘Holi’ War of Sindoor. Ts marching Imlie looked like they were send her off for the war 😃

Ts sending Imlie to college bit also had an interesting dialogue from Aparna- how she reminded Imlie that whenever Imlie is feeling scared or down- remember that we are all there behind you.

Car- watch scene was really nice intimate and filled with so much love I love these moments of tenderness - I wish ITV had more of these rather than the regular fall- catch and stare with wind blowing around you moments 😆

It did come as a surprise that Mithi was the first of either households to find out. I guess that was to give BS a break. Her acting was so good.

Really can’t praise the casting enough- such wonderful actors.

Him loving Imlie is not wrong..one sided or not ...it was love and no wonder...Humari Imaliya hai hi aisi! I mean how can you not fall in love with her...so even with everything hunky dory between Adini, if he was being jealous of Adi, it was understood. being jealous is a normal human emotion!! To be able to support her even after she rejects his marriage offer is something I would appreciate in the circumstances. He is Satyakam's adopted son and knows how much Imlie has put on stake in her life growing up fatherless...so being protective of her is something also I woud relate...Also he is not the hero type...who can make Imlie change her decision ..so as a weak character he does good in his own way...

+1 to what you said about Mayuri and how we feel about her versus the character. She does have a pretty good following too which makes it tougher for the others in being able to manage the hive-like attacks.

That’s why I think the TRPs are so much more indicative/ validation of the fact ki logon ne actual story ke nas ko pakad liya hai. Unn logon ko pata hai ki Mayuri aur Malini separate hai. That they are actually seeing the same Malini that we are seeing. If not, ab tak toh there should have been a downward fluctuation

It's not just the Mayuri angle....yes, some people conflate her and Malini....that's one part of this. There's a whole other part where people literally judge the whole story based on who looks the part of wife/bahu, and who doesn't😆.....and also ofcourse, the blanket dismissal of this being a storyline about "cheating" the rightful wife - Malini😆.

But that is not the core audience....the core audience as you said, has latched on to the main nerve of the story which is Imlie.....the ratings wouldn't have been so steady if the audience didn't grasp that point regardless of whatever other cosmetic appearances are generated in the course of the drama. The loyal audience of the show is tuning in for Imlie's journey and her struggles....all the drama, the angst that swirls around the situations she's facing....her faith, her beliefs are the ones the audience sympathizes with as she's the one that's faced the biggest challenges and injustices in the story but always prevailed with resolve and a smile. What the writers have done effectively is woven in all the threads of the other equations into her journey very well....whether it's Adi, Malini, the Tripathis etc....all these threads weave into Imlie in some form or the other to keep the story moving....but she is the core that holds it all together. There is a reason the show is named Imlie😆.....and beyond all the noise and snap judgements, the core audience gets that.

Re: Didi and whitewashing.....lol well I think it's going to be a journey....

I am also of the opinion that it's better to atleast now see her for who she is rather than keeping the sugary mask up and trying to claim she is some naive bechaari who doesn't understand what she's saying/doing. She absolutely does....she always did....now it's being obviously conveyed.

It would be a great exercise this weekend to go back and rewatch all the high points where Didi played the sweet/naive/kind lady so effectively ki many of us also gave her benefit of doubt😆.....but it will now all fall into perspective cuz the inconsistencies in her behavior that used to jar us will now all make sense.

While Didi may have officially vowed to start being inspired from her Mom...lol.....it wasn't her mom that MADE her snap at Imlie and talk to her like she's talking to a maid when she told Imlie to learn some manners.....if this wasn't already inside her, it would never have manifested.....Malini always had a lot of her mom in her, and she's probably absorbed more of her into herself in all these years than she ever wanted to admit. This now finally gives a clear answer for why she couldn't properly shut down her mother's misbehavior with Adi for so long....it probably never felt fully wrong to her....somewhere her mom's philosophies are hers too about how to measure the worth of people.

This is why Malini is now consciously admitting what she probably always felt subconsciously...that her Mom is not wrong to think and say what she does😆....all Malini did for so long was blindly rebel against her Mom without REALLY disagreeing with her.....so that is why it is now easy for her to embrace this part of her personality...she was suppressing her real self all this while.

That said, I do feel that in the long run, the writers may try to go back to some form of whitewashing of Didi😆. Waise toh bahut time se no one has brought up the fact that Didi gave her blood to Imlie when she fell sick😆.....so aise mahaan gestures will be saved for a later date when they will attempt to rehabilitate Didi again and say ki she just got briefly "misled" into embracing her inner Mrs. C😆....but otherwise toh Didi was all nice and giving. All that is very far off though I think....for now, they will escalate Didi's misbehavior with Imlie and show her feeling totally justified in her put downs of Imlie.

And abhi toh we don't even know how Didi will react when she learns that pati hi nahin, Papa bhi Imlie ke hain😆
