Does she not have any friends, who can pick her up ? The same guy who dropped her in the middle of the jungle, it was pretty safe back then - when she actually wanted to go in a taxi. So ab kya hua ?

Why are we talking about how a girl should go? Virat has become a victim now? Her shaming him has become a more serious issue than him ousting her from the house? I am sorry, I am getting lost.

Why are we all so bothered about a person's pride, when the shameful act is brought out in public? Should we not be bothered that an IPS officer is committing such a shameful act?

Was he not the same person who said he doesn't care even if others hears. What happened now?

He lost his pride and respect as soon as he spoke that way to Usha Maushi and as soon as he turned both the women out of the house. And here we are all discussing about a girl who actually is the victim 🤔.

So I’m seeing a lot is Sai vs Virat posts!

Now to be honest- Both are wrong!

The difference is only that Virat made a bigger mistake..

The problem here lies in the way this whole situation was handled by both sides- Sai not confusing in Virat and Virat ousting Sai without listening to her...

The main cause for virats outburst anger and suppressed feelings. Many won’t agree to the suppression of feeling but but it is true... a lot of times when we bottle up our emotions inside us we burst, like how a bottle overflows is you keep filling it up...

both are fighting with many unsaid emotions and feelings... for Sai the deal is still on even though sometimes she feels it’s not and for Virat he loves her but cannot express it...

You only hurt those you love the most....

As for pakhi I see a lot of people say that Virat still loves pakhi! That is completely untrue.

this is not a Sai vs Virat show.... they are going to end up together eventually.

See no human is perfect... it’s up to the person who has been hurt to make the decision and no that doesn’t make that person weak or they don’t forget their self respect it just means somewhere they feel there is something left to fight for......

Neither do I have a patriarchal mindset nor am I misogynist.... I believe in equality and giving a fair chance to both sides.... it is for Sai to decide what she wants... how Virat repents and makes an effort to win her trust back.... Sai also has to win his trust back even though she might have done the right thing... we know that, he doesn’t....

mad for questioning their abilities as a doctor and IPS.. I mean this is ITV at the need of the day... you cannot expect much realism here.... there has to be drama and masala in everything we watch!

Come on we don’t have officers like singham who take extreme measures for justice.. a movie like that is meant to be enjoyed just for fun (not comparing)

I am against this kind of regressive content on television BUT it is the sad reality of our country that people like this exist!

As I have said earlier as well ITV teaches you what NOT to do in real life.... it is meant to be enjoyed without any analysis as such.... what they call mindless entertainment!

Even shows showing social messages are pulled to the end where they loose their essence! So many foreign shows are regressive as well....

As a woman I support Sai but as a HUMAN I see both sides... I cannot overlook what Virat is also going through no matter what his mistakes might be....

I cannot generalize him into the category of those men... and no that doesn’t make me a supporter of violence and domestic abuse or mental torture....

I believe in gibbing everyone a fair chance so I want to see his redemption and if it is worth it.... I will not jump to conclusions before I see the episode...

At then of the day this is meant to be a tv show for entertainment at home and not to be inspired by at all...

Both are wrong in their own way and both are flawed....

Was I defending Virat ? No

Did I care about maligning Virat or Chavans or their damn pride ? No

so what does this comment have to do with any of my replies ? And did you look at the comment whom & for what I was replying to & in what context ?

Empathy alone will not win you any patients. I can send you several photos of clinics, where doctors are literally whiling away their time - chasing flies, because of their earlier impulsive nature.

The discussion was as why Sai stayed back throughout the night, why she couldn't hire a cab and then this was your statement.

I was a little surprised that why are we even analysing how Sai could have gone and why she stayed back in the verandah of CN.

I'm a doctor myself and so i am constantly in touch with many other doctors too. While this show doesn't focus on her career and is more of a family drama, i completely disagree with people saying Sai's qualities would make her a bad doctor. People's personality at home/work are completely different things. I know enough people that are short tempered or impulsive that in their professional life are very different. Infact surgeons are often within the medical community known to be the more arrogant/angry/short tempered people. Every quality that is perceived as "negative" can become positive when channelized in the right way. For example some degree of Brashness/impulsiveness would make for a great intensivist/ER doctor who needs to make quick decisions. And Sai can be rude but thats only in retaliation. We have also had enough instances to see how caring she can be - with her aabaa, with aai, devi, bua, mohit etc. So its ridiculous that based on a few scenes people want to make a sweeping statement about how Sai is "unfit" to be a doctor.

And Sai only a student right now, and anyway in the show she will mature with age and experience and she will mellow down to some extent too. Shes intelligent, empathetic, strong willed and a lot of other good things too. I'm SO sick and tired of reading the posts that only bash Sai character and glorify Virat when clearly both have their set of flaws.

Bold - that's the point I was making. If she refuses to change or mellow down, she would make a bad doctor (based on what I have seen so far). I have seen plenty of doctors, when I used to take my mom to different clinics & hospitals for her multiple ailments - right from general doctors to specialists to surgeons. I have seen so many doctors that, now I can distinguish between them = who are highly commercial, caring, short-tempered & what not... its not just doctors who can judge patients, its vice versa as well, when you meet dozens of them on a regular basis.

Sai was rude to Virat in retaliation in Gadchiroli ? What did he do ? He was performing his duty. Did she apologize for her behavior ?

Virat however monstrous he may be, he at least apologizes once in a while for his blunders.

On this very forum because of Virat's lackluster investigation he was called unfit for an police officer = which was actually a case of - conflict-of-interest, why can't the same barrier be applied to FL ? Taking sides here again aren't we ?

I stated much earlier, just like Virat is unfit for an IPS officer (a person who can't even defend his mom, is unfit for police profession forget about being in charge of women's safety & him ousting Sai in middle of the night is the last nail in coffin for his profession), Sai is unfit for medical profession too - if she continues with her same nature.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, on if they see how one is unfit for a role. You've every right to agree to disagree.

Honestly, this forum has more Virat bashing than Sai. I'd no issues with them, in fact - I had openly bashed Virat too but why do pro-Sai members have an issue, when someone points out Sai's flaws ? If you're selectively opening topics, which show flaws in Sai alone, that that's a pattern you need to address.

If you were referring to my comments by your blanket statement = I have bashed Sai & Virat both equally, didn't glorify either of them nor praised them for their flaws. Flaw is a flaw, however you flex it.

Even though we've a couple of doctors in our family tree (one serving in Ambani hospital in Mumbai) & other is an Army doctor (AMC), ours is more of an army family. Sugar coating isn't something we're good at.
