Another wonderful PurVir-lious episode guys
The episode starts with Purvi having candy floss with excitement more suited for Juhiđ but her joy is really infectious! She offers a bite to Vir, but he is content in seeing her enjoyment! He wipes the floss of her nose, tucks her hair behind her ear and continues his fav hobby - taadnađ¤Ş
Then they roam the mela, stopping in between to buy stuff for each other. First Purvi wants a pagdi for Vir so he indulgently tries on a few horrible ones to make her happy before getting one tied specifically for himselfđł Then he looks in the mirror, adjusting the pag slightly and Purvi indicates đđđ
Then they stop to buy bangles for Purvi, where she chooses blue bangles to perfectly match Vir's kurta⤠BTW, Vir's pagdi is of the same shade as Purvi's red bangles...so Mukhi-Mukhiyayni seem to be twinning!đ
The part where Vir helps Purvi wear the bangles is so sweet...itna bhi dard nahi hona chahiye uski bawari koâ¤
Next Purvi is seeing some clothes when Vir picks up a colourful dupatta (good choice, Vir!), turns Purvi to face him & drapes it over her head! I cannot expresses the feelings I had during this scene...forget expressing, I cannot identify themâ¤âşď¸đ
Purvi is also extremely thrilled with the gesture and is admiring herself in the mirror when she suddenly sees Sakshi and decides to run off to find her. Now this is found extremely annoying...was it really necessary to abruptly cut off such a beautiful scene to show Sakshi entering...yahi entry could have been shown a couple of moments later alsođđ
Most of the other parts I forwarded - Sakshi, Anjali etc. and directly skipped to Vir saving Manas as he falls down from the swing! I thought the editing of this scene could have been slightly better - Vir was standing too far away to actually reach Manas in time, plus it was very evident that there was a rope/harness attached to Ritvik! Nevertheless, the expressions on Vir & Manas' faces were perfectđđź
Then the Panch ask Vir to inaugurate the wrestling competition like every year. Purvi tries to deter him by saying Pehelwani aur balwani na ik umar tak hoti hai. Hamare Tauji ne bhi aaisi balwani ki thi aur uske baad unki saari haddiyaan toot gayi, aur aaj tak nahi judi woh haddiyaan! Hearing her Tau-jaap, Vir gets irritated as usual & says, Usko mere saamne le kar aa tere Tau ko, bachi-kuchi haddiyaan toh main tod doonga!đ¤Łđ¤Ł
Then they show Vir in in the akkhada and Purvi ki aankhe aaise badi ho jaati hai as she checks him out...aur phir sharma ti bhi haiđ Purvi & the kids get scared seeing the size of the other wrestler but hamara Viru usko poora pachaad deta hai! Amar is looking HOTTT AF...matlab sach mein aag laga di! I hope they play the Rang De Basanti song here...bahut achcha lagega!
When Vir wins all 3 kidsđ (Haathi, Genda & Khargosh) jump in joy, clapping for him! Vir hands the trophy to Purvi and tells her to give it to her Tau, at least his broken bones will get some relief and then walks off with a swagger ONLY he can pull off! And Purvi just keeps starting at him in wonder...ladki toh gayi kaam seđ
Today's is the sort of episode which will keep the hearts of PurVirians overflowing with love foreverâ¤
What I loved most about today is the way they are touching on the age-gap. Without being obvious & in-your-face about it, they do incorporate it in their relationship! Purvi has had a difficult childhood - full of poverty & responsibilities but no chance of enjoyment. And with Vir she is getting just that - pure unadulterated joy! With him she regresses from her usual mature self because she knows he is there to take up the mature role. Vir provides her with a safety net which she never had and hence she is can live her life to the fullest...his support & indulgence allows her to experience the unconditional love which she never knew before him!
There is just no one like our Vir...seriously! The degree of love, affection, sensitivity, care, protectiveness, indulgence that this man is capable of is absolutely phenomenal. He will do nothing by half, whatever he takes up, he is completely devoted and this is such a rare quality in our male leads. Every time he comes on screen he makes my heart & soul singâ¤
