Please read the law, One has to be alive to annul the marriage, how can one annul the marriage in absence of the spouse? This is basic logic

If one's spouse is dead, the marriage doesn't hold legal value, difficult? That's why people can marry after death of a spouse as polygamy is illegal in India

Do you see widower filing for a divorce? Can they? If the spouse is not alive, kiske against case hoga? Logic?

I mean really?

If she was alive and wanted to annul her marriage, she could have applied and her marriage would have been nullified as the court sees fit, thats what people do now, if they were married as a child, they file a petition to annul the marriage, If his or her spouse is dead, why would they file a petition?

All a child need is name of his father in a legal document to be lawfully his son, he is not illegitimate, this is law and logic
