I couldn't tell the way he said he even got a kurta that Anokhi likes sort of made me think he was just teasing Shaurya but I wasn't totally sure. Because even the way he was asking if he has proposed or if he is waiting for Anokhi to come and propose seemed to suggest like man up and do it and him telling him he also likes her is just a way for him to say, otherwise someone else will swoop in. I feel like he knew from the bridge/restuarant that she likes him idk because then why does he always hover around her. Is that also just to make Shaurya jealous? I'll have to sit on this to figure out his motivations more.
