Are you kidding me? He warned that he will bream the promise on the day Sai was going to DIG office. That day he warned her. Today he broke it.

"Sai ka khyaal rakhna" doesn't mean taking responsibility as in her education, means protect her from harm.

We all know the reason for this trigger, but even then this is not how one reacts. It defeats the purpose of breaking the promise made to Pakhi and getting married to Sai.
