I guess, it's a spur of the moment by anger, you know like Virat feels anger ,he gets into ehsaanfaramosh mode even though he does not feel so in reality and when he is in a normal mode. Similarly,Sai might have somewhere expected Virat to atleast listen to her, so probably Sai's way of expressing ehsaanfaramosh angle is this,as i said again ,a spur of an anger moment, cuz seeing Sai's anger and tongue, if she felt it in reality, she would have brought this out way earlier.
