On the other hand he knows Shaurya is in love with Anokhi but and he knows that Anokhi is not immune to it either.(She cares about Shaurya) But he is ready to take his chances. Few things ACP added just to rile Shaurya up / he just wanted a reaction out of him. Other lines were out of anger for killing his chances with Anokhi , rest were genuine - he wanted Shaurya to man up and own!

Its highly probabale.

He surely has a soft corner for Anokhi and wants to make sure that Shaurya keeps his temper in control around her because Shaurya lashes out like a crazy person when he is angry

I also LOVE the division of the parts they sang He started off with the confession and she continued with the "meri dil ki dhadkan bhi, tere geet gaati hai." Like he confessed through the song first and she returned the confession with the lines that she came in with!!
