Finally got a chance to rewatch yesterday’s episode. It was still a let down in some places, especially I expected Adi to share the results with Imlie not Malini, but I am hoping the makers will compensate us with a good Adilie scene tomorrow.

I loved the first mirchi-shehad scene. As soon as Adi realized Imlie is not there, he started to go look for her but stopped when didi volunteered to look for her (I will come to Didi extra cheesiness in just a while). I liked how Adi knew that she might be eating the mirchi food and came with honey, he is making it a point to remind her again and again that she is not a bachi any more 😂. Till she took that half spoon of honey, I was more worried that he is dripping the honey on her bedding 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was like babusaheb WATCH OUT she has to sleep on that bedding 😃. There comfort level has grown so much that when he was picking up her plates, she didn’t even make a comment or even notice it. Felt like such a normal thing that they do for each other.. and then that cutesie Good night. From now on, I am going to remember only these 2 when ever I hear good night 😊

Now, coming to Malini. I understand and somehow relate to her tantrums, fear of confrontation or even having that formal relationship with her in-laws, I could even understand her need to go to her house when Adi left without telling her where he went, you may call me insane but I did understand her, because she was newly married and may have felt she would be more comfortable at home when she was emotionally weak. But what I absolutely do not understand is her extra cheesiness with Imlie. I never could relate to it. Be it when she asked Imlie to do her mehandi, get her ready after marriage or going to see Imlie as soon as she woke up after the bridge incident. And today’s cheesiness went over my head. This woman has been doubting Imlie and Adi’s concern for each other the last couple of days, she saw her husband taking pictures and zooming on them, then the next day she becomes extra cheesy 😮. I even didn’t feel it odd when Malini acted ok when Imlie sat with the servants to eat food.. because looks like even in Tripathi house she doesn’t eat with the family on the dining table. Tripathi’s do consider her family and love her like a daughter but there is that fine line. It has been always there. For example, she sleeps in a corner even though there is a guest room. After making Imlie drink khada Malini, rupi and nidhi went to have food but didn’t invite Imlie with them. Even in the moti roti scene, Imlie was eating after everyone were done with their dinner. Imlie may eat it before or after them but she never ate with the family. Even the other day when the meal was made exclusively for her, she and Sundar stood next to the table but they didn’t sit. Even when Nishant came home, Imlie was on the sidelines, as she is not part of the family. Yes there is love, apnapan, care and concern but still she is not in the inner circle. So, when Malini was not surprised that Imlie sat in the kitchen to eat, I didn’t feel it odd. It was in line with her character. What I absolutely don’t get is her extra niceness, esp now.. anyhow, looks like it would all change in the next couple of episodes.. so I will sit tight and watch the drama unfold.

Some glaring differences I noticed between Imlie’s relationship with Malini & C’s and her relationship with T’s. Imlie respects Malini and dev, but there is a formality where as Imlie considers all T’s as family. After announcing the results It is Malini who hugged Imlie and even at the end it is Malini who pulled Imlie to a group hug. Even in earlier instances it is always Malini who had to pull Imlie to a hug. Imlie never initiates hug with Malini. Whereas, Imlie ran to give hugs to all the tripathi’s and the hugs were mutual and full of love. There was so much apnapan and love. So, even when Imlie was apologizing to Malini thinking she didn’t get good grades, I wasn’t surprised because you apologize to only people who we have a formal relationship with. Where as the other day, Imlie didn’t hesitate to tell BK that if she didn’t get good grades he will be the one responsible and that he should go to teerath, because you can tell that to only those who you consider your ‘apna’. She can never say that to Malini who is not her ‘apna’.

Coming to the promo, I do not think much would happen on Monday. If we look at all the previous promo’s (weekly precap’s), they just set the premise for the next phase. In the snake bite promo the snake bite itself is not the main point the main point is to show us to what lengths each of them can go for the other; in the promo where Adi gives Imlie his name, that scene is not the high point the high point is when he gave the ‘haq’ on him to Imlie in the hut sequence. Even in the recent pooja promo, the high point is not when the poojari says Adi has two wives but when, in the chai pe charcha scene, Adi tells that Imlie is his first wife and both acknowledge that there is a bigger elephant that needs to be dealt with, even though it ended in a stalemate. So, with that in mind, I think the high point won’t be when Malini notices Imlie with sindoor but I think it would be some time during or after the party. In the BTS where Adi was calling Malini as another Mrs. C, they were in different costumes. Tomorrow they may just give some random excuse and Malini & T’s will let it go even if they don’t buy it. That is what I think.... but what ever may be the case, I will wait eagerly for 8.40 pm EST 6 times a week to watch my favorite show and the beautiful story telling with amazing actors.

I still cannot understand why Adi did what he did in the last scene. It can be done outside not in the house. Did he even understand the repercussions. After this does he want her to roam about in house with sindoor. He had to do it someday but why on result day in hurry.

Did you think Dev was invited by Adi or by didi? me thinks it was Adi who invited Dev over and did not seem surprised to see him in the morning. Think he wanted to give Dev the moment to share with Imlie, good intent by Adi, but pakao for us.. why was he even there... and his tears noticed by didi, who might connect the dots later.

Dev said Malini told him to come over no? That she called and asked him to come because he was worried about it as well.

Ohh this scene was so sweet.. The first time I saw it, I just could not get past the fact that he put the spoon back in the bottle but on the second watch, I could not get enough of his "Humnein". Imlie was speaking a mile a minute and all Aditya was saying was "Humnein" but how loaded it was with that subtle teasing plus wanting her to elaborate on "Did I and why?" Awww, this two. Ek simple scene ko bhi kitna meaningful bana dete hain with just their banter and you just want to keep watching it. Then, in the end, Imlie again teasing with the "Good Night" and the smile from Aditya realizing she again caught him.😆

I am addicted to this show guys. I rewatched the episodes from pd track. I came to a conclusion, Malini cannot deduce what is happening around her though she notices all the hints unless Adi or someone else spells it out for her. She continuously notices things and forgets them the next day. Last episode was so out of the phase for her character.

😆 I noticed it too. Adi is so unhygienic... First he was OK to use the flour that fell on the floor for cooking and now this Hope someday Imlie teaches him cleanliness 😊

I was wondering about Aditya and this whole "truth" thing. Since he has accepted his feelings, he is all in favor of telling the truth. The only reason he is not telling it is because in his own words he is worried about Malini's reaction and her health.

Having said that, he is also not actively hiding his relationship with Imlie. Their interactions in her room which is currently in the passage without a door or his room are almost open to anyone who may pass by. Thus, it make me wonder about his attitude. Is it like "nahi pata chala to teek hain, pata chala to aur bhi teek hain"....It almost seems like he wants the truth to be out and once its out, he will be the most happiest person, not because Malini will be hurt, but the amount of relief and sukoon it will bring him. Because inspite of all the lies, at the core he is still that truthful person. Even now, being in a two marriage situation, he is still being truthful to his feelings and doing what he thinks is right in that situation. He did not falsely lead Imlie in the past and he is not falsely leading Malini now. Infact he is giving Malini a tons of clue to connect the dots. May be to prepare her mentally for the upcoming revelation or for her to question him on his actions. (that is not going to happen because of bedaag trust 😉) but still.

Either way, I feel that though the truth is going to hurt a lot of people, Aditya too, he would be the person who will get the most sukoon because of the big burden that will go away from his mind. Yes, it will open another can of worms but those are consequences that he is knows he had face since he decided to marry Malini. Plus, by revealing the truth he will be able to give Imlie that maan, samaan ,the public recognition without any restrictions that he so wants to give and she so deserves. 😊

See baat yehi ke jab kuch galat kia nahi jab dil. Main chori nahi kapat nahi toh kyon chori chupna milna behave karna jaise koi galti kar rahe hain. It comes from.that honesty they have towards each other towards the rishta hence they don't. Feel the need to behave any differently and I love that.. it is so new to see them being so Normal respecting heir relationship like it should be because they haven't done anything wrong and yes truthfulness does play a role too..

@bold - are we sure? I think he’s not telling the truth because of Imlie. See, the truth is not his alone. It is his and Imlie’s and she does not want to be the cause of Malini’s hurt. Their car conversation was pretty clear about where the problem was. He is aware Malini will be hurt but he is ok with it since he knows that is the only way he gets to live his truth. But Imlie clearly does not understand it fully and he is not going to override her wish in all this. Atleast not just yet. If she continues pushing him towards Malini, he might end up snapping.

His interactions with his editor and Prakash were an indicator of how Aditya will feel about the truth coming out. Not telling it out loud is a burden that he has been ready to be done with since the moment he accepted his real feelings.

I have finally manage to watch all three episodes and caught up with all the beautiful analysis so far. Cannot agree more with what has been said so far and what has been shown.

For me the episodes have been a beautiful continuation of imlie question back at the bust stop when he was leaving. When she simply asked do we have a relationship? His resolve to have her home and his gentle tactics of trying to show her what she has become has shown how pure there intentions are. The beauty of each moment from her eating the spicy meal to his smile at his folly. Showed how the relationship has evolved over time there faith in each other shows the purity they hold for there relationship. I have to agree with everyone when it was said that imlie promise was never going to stand a chance.

Aditya honesty in telling her where he stands in his relationship with Maline and how he views them shows his resolve to clear this matter as soon as possible. He believes in them but wants assurance that she is with him. He sees her actions as a way that proof her love for him but at the sametime he wants to be claimed by her body and soul. The message has been shown so well in each of there talks that communication and trust equals a lifetime of commitment. One that Maline lacks even with her return she has not questioned her own actions but has solely focused on his mistakes and his feelings. She has placed the blame in one corner but has not thought that her actions also lead to a divide where they are struggling to communicate.

Her going to imlie room I felt was not one of concern but one to see what she was up to. I feel she is watching and her concern is not one form a good place. The whole bonding over the results was one to show the family how genuine she is but I didn’t believe Aditya bought it one bit. We know from the last few moments that she doesn’t see imlie as her equal as her mother always said she is perfect. What she doesn’t realise is imlie is a diamond in the rough whom had made her own place in the family and there hearts. One this was for sure we could see the pride shine from Aditya when he realised that between the facade’s of a childlike personality she is far more clued and together then they all believe.

You could see when she was was liking round celebrating that all he wanted was to claim her and show her how proud he was. He had to hold back and that is something I see him struggling with future as he falls in love with her deeper.

I feel the makers are trying to show us that a man with dreams needs a woman with vision. Imlie prespective, faith in them and her willingness to change is what has lead them this far. Her thinking that she is enough for her self has shown him that she is willing to challenge him and push him out of his comfort. One we saw when he went and spent time cooking in the kitchen and even spending time with the family.

It was shown when Maline returned she believe the distance was a cause for the relationship to breakdown but in the end I feel the distance is never the factor that ends the relations and the closeness never guarantee that it will last. The truth in ones feelings it what makes it last and imlie has always shown him this. From the sketch of there marriage to the meal she had in his name.

The moment where she achieved her dream to go to college showed that resolve that she shall move forward no matter what. Her longing to claim her right on him was sweet too where she wished to have a moment with him alone. She is yet to learn that these feelings are far different then the once she has shared with her mother or family. She has always believe she was was better off with her dreams and never dreamed beyond. Love was not in her equation and when one had seen her mom long for it she is right to be afraid. I loved how Aditya showed her today by offering her sindoor back to her that he was hers to claim is she willed. It was his way of communicating that he is with her for sometimes actions have far greater impact then words.

But for me the whole connection between then having a relationship to showing that there is was beautifully done. For we know they feel love but the simplicity in there bond is what makes it so warming to see. Each moment and concern shown the conflicting emotions they are dealing with.
