That character is the lead. I dont think Omair can carry it off. He plays roles of older men usually like father or older brother

Omair is much younger than FQ, Humayoun Saeed who still play lead roles and romance much younger girls. He has a gr8 physique, and he is a terrific actor. If Imran Ashraf could shift from supporting roles to lead roles, why can't Omair!

Is one of them older than the rest? Cause otherwise I feel omair rana will look out of place unless he goes through a makeover to make him look younger.

Grey role is the main lead, and I don't think makers will risk it by giving it to an actor who is wellknown of doing supporting roles.😕although I hope they do.😳

I am yet to read about Asfand. Aswad is a working man, but he isn't very much older than Mehreen and Mashal (the female lead carachters). So I suppose he is in his 30s.😃

I guess they can make it work just gray up some of his hairs, make him look the age. Much easier to look 30s than 20s for him. I honestly think with proper care of beard n hair he can pass as someone in his 30s easily for a drama.

I don't know, I think Omair can pull off a lead role. He's a terrific actor and very charismatic onscreen.

Like Awida pointed out, he's younger than the likes of Nauman Ijaz, Humayun Saeed, Faisal Qureshi. He's also in better shape than all of them.

I wish he'd be given a meaty lead role. I'd love seeing him in something lighthearted as well. I read an article a while back suggesting a remake of Dhoop Kinare with Omair and Yumna.
