Exactly. There was absolutely no reason to slap him, but khunnas nikaal diya Pallu ke Baba ne.

Hope this leads Raghav to not just investigate about this fiasco, but if for revenge he does look into the background for shop, he realises Pallavi is bahu, not beti.
