Seriously someone should take that gun and blow away the CVs heads. Why are they bent upon killing off every character that had the potential to continue the story.

And how is Atharv going to be retained.

Or probably they are planning to kill him off too in an encounter.

How the is track going to move forward is super confusing.

They should have just shown Avni getting shot by Sampu's hand. Then the court would have known Sampu was alive all this while.

I don't think right now Atharv has an upper hand. He is in deep trouble with the law. Goda has testified, Sampada was shot by him, he has killed the watchman which Avni can vouch for.

There is no scope of custody track.

It depends. As I said, KalMa may be in a catch 22, so if they try and say that Atharva killed Sampada, then Kalyani will have to admit to the bhoot drama.

Plus if Atharva is gone now, how will Avni leave the picture? She has to take the fall of that Hari's murder.

Unfortunately, if they wanted Sampada's character to have potential, they shouldn't have made her good. They should have made her Atharva's saathi and also trying to get Moksh's custody. Kind of poetic justice that she died at the hands of Atharva, even if he didn't mean to kill her. Plus, though she was good in this track, I can't say she didn't deserve what she got after all that she did.

Exactly, Sampada's character would have had more potential if she was double crossing Kalyani while actually helping Atharv.

She deserving a punishment is absolutely justified for all the wrongs that she did.

It was quite unbelievable that she changed with one Bhashan from Kallu. She didn't feel so much for Moksh when he was suffering from illness.

@bold..yes probably this is how Atharv can escape jail now.

That is proof of his illegal activities and the meds he's been giving Kalyani.

I feel Sampu died so Atharva can escape jail. Cause as I said, according to CVS logic, if Kalyani tries to send Athu to jail, she will loose custody of Moksh as she did the bhoot drama. Plus Avni is connected to Athu and that Hari murder, so if Athu is sent to jail, how will they kick Avni out?

I feel chances are there for Athu to escape jail stay in AN saying I will tell Moksh the truth that I am his bio father if you kick me out. So Athu exit will be related to Malhar's new post, so something related to drug smuggling.

But for time being Athu can't file for Moksh's custody cause he has no proof of the bhoot drama but at the same time he cannot be sent to jail.

Or CVS have changed tracks again, and there is a new track. And Avni will have to be kicked out some other way, so her track will once again be dragged.

So Anu said even after Goda's testimony that if Athu proves that Kalyani did this bhoot drama, it will be hard for KalMa to get custody. That's why I think Athu tried to turn Sampu to his side.

But now Sampu is dead and Goda's testimony means that so custody will be with KalMa only. But Athu can easily say that Goda is lying under KalMa's orders or something.

BDW this is just hunch ....possibility of character which is they did not utilized yet.

My prediction is this. I don't think this is the end of the Atharva track. Cause Anu kept saying that if bhoot drama is discovered, it will be hard for KalMa to get custody.

Basically, now, Athu has no grounds to file for custody since Sampu is dead and KalMa cannot sent Athu to jail without admitting to bhoot drama. So custody will remain with KalMa for now, and Athu will find another way to get custody. So Sampu death is a reset of sorts.

I am sure AnuSar will advise KalMa that before Athu finds another way to file for custody, you should have another child (since that is their favorite dialog). They will probably try to prove Avni is faking the mental illness to get her to blame Athu for Hari's murder, but she will probably get caught for it instead.

Finally, I feel Athu will get caught in a drug smuggling case. That will be why he came back to AN, and needs Nal Emporium and Moksh.
