Marathi is very similar to south original version
Kathir is short tempered boy but not like shiva
Mullai is just tikhi mirchi matlb usko kathir ne kuch bolne ki hi der rahti hai ki woh chadh hi jaati hai kaathir pe (kathir calls her kombdi means murgi)
Baaki dev character is similar to hindi
Avni means rishita woh bhi ekdum natchadi means angry young women typ ladki hai kabhi selfish bhi hoti hai toh kabhi family ke liye bhi apne baap se ladki hai (grey character)
Mother in law is ppsitive character (usko abhitk thikse bolna bhi nhi aata taane kya maaregi woh bahu ko ) bahu ko bahut acha manti hai woh
Mami is negative like other versions but uski beti mullai/anji uski ek chalne nhi deti
