Nice post and topic Fary.

With Imlie's return, a lot of things have changed, made more noticeable by her sunny disposition. Everyone feels lighter, a cloud has lifted with her arrival. They all missed her and knew how the house felt, including Adi. He is able to appreciate how Imlie has infused life into his family again.

The T's maybe a bit slow, but some things they let go to maintain the harmony and peace in the family and with their samdhis. They are good gentle souls. Anu has unfortunately abused this very nature far too many times and now they have decided to strike back in their own fashion, by refusing to engage with them, at any level. They are hospitable when they visit their house but refuse to take any more insults from them. The last visit by Anu when she threatened to break up AdiMun, their shaadi over the supposed behavior by Adi, was the last straw that broke the camel's back.

For all Anu's care on sindoor, MS and all that is attached to the symbols of a marriage, she herself does not sport any. Expects things to be perfect for Malini and her tamasha by throwing water to erase the footprints of Imlie in the house post Holi was a rude tantrum. She threw water to erase the symbol but could not wash it away. She cannot erase Imlie from Adi's life, she is here to stay. She will react in a bad way for sure and will be unable to control herself as her daugher's marriage is in shambles.

Remember Malini, when she came back from his office and the T's were trying to uplift her mood by planning a party for Adi, she just walked off saying I am tired and need to rest. LOL.. she has never made any efforts to understand and mingle with them. It was all a show.

Just as Malini thought that Adi never insists or lavishes so much of attention on me, just gives up after a token - try na, did she ever reciprocate ? She never had a word for the T's when they said they are busy to attend the Puja. She could not even bring herself to utter, pls try to come, it will be nice if you all can make it for the puja. Nope they never matter and had this been Imlie, she would have found a way to convince them.

The comparisons will only grow in Adi's mind and hopefully in the T's mind as well in the coming days.

Ditto. Nope Never ever. This woman just doesn't care. Worst she is just being sweet on their faces but deep inside don't give damn what happen to them. Sweet poison i must say😡

Exactly, she only cares about her... and she totally got a clean chit for everything that happened during those three days other than what happened to Imlie... woh she said ki maafi maang li so now it should be ok....Really, maafi maangna is making sure that you do not repeat it... it was the T's who are still being so respectful in spite of all the drama thats happening because of the new bahu, someone else would have made such a big issue of it...

Thank you for the wonderful post. 🤗 Cannot agree more with what everyone has said so far. But today clip was amazing the ladies of the house finally voicing out there opinions showing us that they do feel hurt and are tired. It was refreshing to see them refuse to meet the needs of there new in-laws and at some point also telling of how the relations may end. They are simple people whom don’t believe in pointing out the mistakes of others in public but i feel with Maline leaving and anu behaviour they have become immune to there needs. They have tried to include them in there family form sharing there joys to grieves but they have not embraced any of these efforts.

I feel the lack of communication from Maline and had attempts to include the family or herself has widened the gap and it will keep increasing she has never tried to help and become a member. I feel sooner or later the ladies will also start to point out her flaws because a family works when everyone is willing to move forward with owning there mistakes as they did when. Aditya left home. She has never apologised for the hurt she has caused or her family and still doesn’t join in simple chores round the house. It’s like aparna said the sunshine of the house is back and with it a lot more will be unraveled.

The ladies talk was brilliantly done for it was done to show that one can tolerate but only to a point. It was like Aditya said once you had this fairy tale of getting married into a middle class family but reality is different. She forgot they are a unite of which Aditya is part of too.

For me the line of episode one where he talks of his of pd trip and return mentioning that I’d she was sure she is willing to walk thought the muds and back for his life leads him anywhere come rain or shine and she was so confident that she would. It showed that she only said that to make him agree when all along what she wanted was him alone and none of the others.
