I do not know what to comment on this post honestly. Like they both have such toxic insecurities and rejections of reach other like I dont seeing this work. Geet is holding in emotions but I feel will burst any moment and when Maan tries to explain she doesnt understand until she is calm. But I hope this third wheel goes drowning in the ocean :)

Maan aata hai shaam tak tan hoke

Girls group m dekhta hai Geet nahi hai

Puchta hai Geet kahan hai

They answer ki humein nahi pata, lunch ke pehle hi nikal gai

Maan aata hai villa mein wapas toh Geet padi hui thi bed pe

M-Hey...where were you…

He pauses seeing her

M-Are you feeling okay?

G-Take me out

M-Huh?

G-Take me out for a walk...with you alone...now

He frowns

Isko kya hua? She is literally pouting...looks disturbed

He had never seen her pouting or throwing tantrums

M-Oh okay. Are you sure you don’t want to grab something to eat first with others?

G-No!

She snaps

Maan takes her to a secluded beach in the island

They are sitting on the sand looking at the water

M-What is it...say it...I know it’s something

G-Tell me about Lisa

G-Everything

M-Why do you want to know about her?

G-She was your ex-gf?

M-Yes. I mean I had a huge crush on her whole of my teenage...proposed her in college. She rejected me. I was heartbroken. I was stupid

He sniggers

How many girls had he proposed to?!! Such a flirt!! Jahandekho iski koi toh ex dikhi hi jaayegi

She wonders due to her instant jealousy

G-So you never dated?

M-We did. After I started looking presentable and started gyming and all. It was so short lived. I was so over her. Then she has a good rapport with mom...so mom wanted me to date her again...and even get married and stuff

G-Why would anybody reject you?

He smiles

M-I take it as a compliment, babes...I am flattered

He kisses her lightly

She moves away

G-Answer me

M-Well...I was ugly according to her. She was the hotgirl...I had pimples everywhere...I was lanky nerdy. But I even got rejected after I started looking better

G-By whom?

She asks curiously

M-You. Why did you reject me? Was it my looks?

She shakes her head

M-So, are you not attracted to me?

She blushes

G-That's not the case

M-Then?

He asks tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear

G-I never rejected you, else why would we be here, stupid!

She says in a feminine mellowed down almost loving tone; not her usual harsh to the point tone

G-Lisa told me she is going to marry you

Maan is taken aback

M-Why would she say that?

G-She convinced your mom

M-But she hasn’t convinced me. Never will

Geet puts her head on his shoulder while holding his arm

G-Don’t marry her

She says in a sweet lovey-dovey tone

G-Else I will kill you

She continues in that tone same tone

Maan frowns in surprise initially, hearing Geet say such things in a cute tone but then nods while smiling

He founds this new side of Geet absolutely tempting

It’s like as if they are still getting to know each other and discovering a new side of each other everyday

What was that. Is that really geet talking. She is making demands on him like his love his girlfriend which of course she is now.

So glad she asked him out right instead of assuming about Lisa.

Good that maan clarified about Lisa not marrying her. Means he does not do all that his mom wants. Yay
