Today’s episode

I have never made a post here before, usually reply but today I felt like doing it. Like many have wrote today, today’s episode was superb. I also loved it and I’m glad for once the writers made me eat my words from yesterday’s episode. I felt today formed the base for many relationships which will form Raghvi’s future and the stark contrast between the thoughts & beliefs of two families. So many things today.

Firstly, the sangeet. It was such a mess yesterday and it didn’t feel like it was a sangeet. But today they proved it. Keerthi’s dance was well taken and the lyrics were the best. She was singing ‘aajawe mahi thera rastha ho dekhliya’ awaiting her brother and SIL (we can call her that soon) and in parallel we got the car scene where they both were speeding to get to the sangeet. The looks they gave each other had neither the usual ego nor any complains, it was a mutual tension they both felt. It actually emphasised the lyrics and the tension built up in the air. Absolutely loved the support Keertthi gave for Pallavi today. A splendid bond between them.

The second was the scene where my remote cried..I rewinded back and forth so many times 😂 Pallavi rushing in and even in the hurry she turns to say thank you to Raghav and Raghav standing leaning on the car door with a gentleness on his face and hair slightly flying showing only the hand gesture to go on. No words needed and nothing to be said. A very beautiful shot highlighting how their relationship has grown. I will surely watch it again ☺️

Keerthi hugs and welcomes Pallu back & the trio who had until now tried everything to hold the bay finally released their breath. They were so elated to have her back. Such simple relationships which would give Pallu all the strength to fight her battles.

Who would have thought Pallavi would dance after all this but the writers again proved us wrong and what a choice of lyrics again. ‘Raghuvar there raah nihaare, saatho janam se Siya’..we know who they are singing about 😊 Aao padhaaro piya, ghar more pardesiya and they showed Raghav’s entry. It was such a symbolic sangeet. Siya & Piya ki milan ki shuruwaath hogayi 🤗 Raghav’s hair was in the wind today, Anna phisal gaya aaj 😆but Anna won’t accept so easily. Thaali bajaathe bajaathe ruk gaya 🤪

Now we also got the contrast between the mothers today. Aayi was looking angrily at her rather than feeling a sense of relief whereas Amma was admiring her. Both of them were angry while questioning but their approach is so different. Amma showed the patience to listen to Raghav even though she didn’t trust him but Aayi didn’t give her the chance even though she always says she trusts Pallavi. I have always thought what type of answers do Baba & Aayi expect from Pallavi when they ask her ‘Where you with Raghav or not’ ? And they don’t want to hear any other explanation rather than a yes or no. So what is she supposed to answer 🙇‍♀️
Today we have to give a thumbs up to the writers for giving a sangeet filled with so many equations and at the same time giving us Raghvi. Now I can rest and watch the episode again when I get time 😄
