I.am sorry, as much as I support Virat, he has also been at fault in this. He returned with just a record and let his family know. I would have been happy if he had initiated other investigations and informed the family that the investigation is in progress and asked Sai to wait until ne gets to the truth.

Let me remind you that the thought of reinvestigation itself was put into his head because of Sai's insistence. He had already concluded that Pulkit was a fraud based on his shoddy investigation. Let us assume we don't have Sai and Virat and theit relationship at all. Is this how one concludes that the guy is actually married? If Sai wasn't in picture and Pulkit had come through some other way, who would have insisted that he does further investigation?

@bold I agree with this, but I am not doing that. I am against what Sai is doing, I do feel bad about Virat's condition. But I also had the above questions in mind ever since he finished his initial investigation.

I am bringing this up because everyone is bringing up reinvestigation. Whether there is Sairat or not, I am not happy with the original investigation.

Emotions shouldn't overpower a person, in a way that he loses focus on his work. It is the same guy who found the drone in the middle of a forest and rescued Sai from Jagtap right?

I am not questioning his investigation skills but I am also not satisfied with his investigation.

No one is satisfied with his investigation. It was shoddy and conducted in haste. This whole drama wouldn't be happening, had he been not so hasty to reach to conclusion about pulkit's marriage with imaginary sangeeta. And as such, he deserve all the brickbats directed at him. But it should be limited to that.

That aside I have a problem with the way Sai proceeded with the wedding. There was no urgency unlike the originals where devi attempted suicide. Furthermore sai asked for reinvestigation and which virat agreed to. She should have waited until then at least. So I feel Virat is justified if he gets livid at Sai for her reckless decision.

Since it's ITV, his anger will be blown ott which I don't want.

Virat - the IPS officer - should know his family is a bunch of vultures, having witnessed it firsthand repeatedly. Bhavani is known to be evil to the point that she openly locks up(!) her daughter. An IPS officer with a brain would turn to the family and be like, "which one of you clowns wrote this." A real officer would completely dismiss the letter as an obvious attempt to frame him. Instead he dignified that idiocy by investigating it in some random book in an office, where anyone can write whatever they want (i.e. not a legal document). And even if the officer was suspicious about the letter, he'd try to figure out the source, and perhaps talk to Pulkit about his intentions, instead of immediately and idiotically concluding he's a con-artist...like a rich doctor has nothing better to do. And a real officer certainly would not believe the family's faux-concern about Devi's well-being.

So yeah, Virat's bad at his job and is a spineless husband (only shooting a grimaced look at Sonali, when she cut Sayi deep), and deserves all the embarrassment the streets can muster. I hope everyone laughs in his face and he's humbled enough to realize that he needs to step it up before he even deserves to be part of Sairat.

that is why i said he does not have the genes of an IPS Officer in him. No deep thinking. Agreed, Sai took a bold step which maybe is incorrect, but at the same time Virat is also not correct at all. Actually more is expected off him bec of him being in such a prestigious position.

U are asking too much from the writers!! A plathora of misunderstandings are there in the show which says that trust is not at all firm, there is no real relation that ensures understanding and thereby acting based on situations between them. Saying I love you, and just after couple of days getting misunderstood - what is the meaning of that sentiment then? The writers have used the already tested formulas of bringing in various "friends as" characters and causing misunderstandings if I go by the Bengali version. I actually had stopped watching it midway.

Yes I guess my expectations are too high and I either need to lower them or stop watching as the majority of the show is toxic with a few lollipop moments.

The GC days were filled with drama and suspense- I have no idea if that’s what the viewers liked or wanted. It was nice to see a sassy FL and a ML who had and stood by his principles.

Any how for the time being let’s get back on the Sairat rollercoaster 🎢

I can’t emphasise enough that the investigation was a shoddy one. I am not talking about the reinvestigation at all. If he had done a thorough one at the first place second one ki naubat nahi aathi.

Which intelligent IPS officer believes an anonymous letter? And he doesn’t talk to Pulkit at all. He believes Sai initially and agrees for the wedding and then he believes the letter and goes against it!

That’s why I said I blame the cvs for butchering Virat’s character as an police officer.

By saying Virat is wrong in Pulkit case doesn’t absolve Sai of her elopement drama stupidity.

TBH I don’t understand this generation women. Everyone knows their entitlements but not their responsibility.

I also understand why Sai choose Holi and decided not to wait.

- Chavan Nivas is a full house zoo, to get Devi out at any other day without anyone else noticing will be super difficult. She will never get this opportunity ever again where the house is empty and no one to notice what she is doing. Everyone in the house on all other days have eyes on Sai's every action 24 x 7.

- Sai knows the continuous conspiracy that kaku is capable of weaving, didn' t she go thru it everyday with being threated of being thrown out after every tamasha? She almost threw her out when Virat was away and even in the phone call kaku mentioned don't you think Virat will throw you out if he knew you wre out all night? So it is possible that she is thrown out at some point even before she takes any action for Devi.

- Sai knows that Virat is bit biased when he comes to his family. Kaku knows Virat in and out, it won't be difficult for her to re-convince Virat to drop the matter.

Who believes an anonymous letter that comes in conveniently after he decided to get Devi married? Any reasonable person forget IPS officer will question the writer and contents of such letter. IPS Officer has resources at his disposal, half a day and he will get complete information of Pulkit, Harini and Maduri. Instead he did some shabby investigation and needed Sai to convince him to re-investigate after she gave a basic example 😕 .

- Kaku can move Devi from CN and make her inaccessible/ unreachable for Sai.

I think people should not treat is as Virat vs Sai. Virat was yet to take a side, until Sai stopped answering his calls and did stuff behind his back.

Its DEVI vs CHAVANS, where Sai is supporting Devi against the rest.
