I am waiting for the episode when Sai and Virat face each other...she is worried and he is justifiably furious.

I can imagine how the bp just shoots up when someone doesn't pick up an imp call..Sai koi bhajiya lene market nai gayi , she went to get her mentally unfit sil married behind her family's bk..I fail to understand her motivation behind this nor can I understand the urgency..heaven won't fall on earth if devi Tai married the next month after pulkit is proven innocent . Virat ka gussa ekdum jayaz hai n the way its being played out , Sai ko nikalna bhi .

Anyhow..whether storm is coming , it will come and it will go..Sai will leave virat ..n then things will change also...c gang ka sach bhi saamne aayega..pakhi will never get what she desires. Virat will know the truth and he will be apologetic also...so in the hope of better times, I am.able to sit through these epis.

I really don't expect logic in most of ITV shows. I have actually given up on that but this time the CVs have shown themselves crossing all levels of stupidity.

Wasn't the point of escaping Devi Tai was to get them married quickly before anyone comes to stop it. Yaha toh they all are talking with each other, taking all the time in the world in getting dressed and then expecting that Virat shouldn't reach before the wedding.

I actually don't mind the dumbness from Virat and Sai because that is required for creating misunderstanding and throwing Sai out of the house.

But this not starting the marriage ceremony quickly. This dumbness could have been avoided.

Virat - the IPS officer - should know his family is a bunch of vultures, having witnessed it firsthand repeatedly. Bhavani is known to be evil to the point that she openly locks up(!) her daughter. They are violently against Devyani and Pulkit getting married, to the point they'd beat Sayi for instigating it (which Virat witnessed). So he'd know they'd look for any reason to stop it.

He also knows Pakhi is a vulture in training (get it...pakhi...vulture), having witnessed her continually try to suck up to the elder vultures, and would do anything to prevent Sayi from getting what she wants. And as she's trying to plant a completely baseless seed into his head (that Pulkit is already married), he telegraphs his intent to her - that he'd stop the wedding if that was indeed the case.

And then voila...a mystery letter comes out of nowhere that says *exactly* what the vultures want it to say. How convenient!

An IPS officer with a brain would turn to the family and be like, "which one of you clowns wrote this." A real officer would completely dismiss the letter as an obvious attempt to frame him. Instead he dignified that idiocy by investigating it in some random book in an office, where anyone can write whatever they want (i.e. not a legal document). And even if the officer was suspicious about the letter, he'd try to figure out the source, and perhaps talk to Pulkit about his intentions, instead of immediately and idiotically concluding he's a con-artist...like a rich doctor has nothing better to do. And a real officer certainly would not believe the family's faux-concern about Devi's well-being.

So yeah, Virat's bad at his job and is a spineless husband (only shooting a grimaced look at Sonali, when she cut Sayi deep), and deserves all the embarrassment the streets can muster. I hope everyone laughs in his face and he's humbled enough to realize that he needs to step it up before he even deserves to be part of Sairat.

A relation doesn't work when only one person tries to maintain it, in this case it is Virat. If this is what your thinking, I hope your wish is fulfilled and Virat releases Sai from marriage vows (it's deal anyway for her) and both of them start afresh in their respective lives.

It’s good that audience like it but the whole cast put in their effort or something. I found that answer weird. Yes ofcourse whole cast deserves appreciation but the interviewer was asking about sairat . It felt like he was avoiding talking about sairat craze. If I search for ayesha and neils interview on YouTube guess what interviews pop up on my feed. Anyways their two interviews together was fun to watch .

This is not the first time, so I am not surprised.

I understand if he wants to give credit to all. May be he would have done that even if he had no relationship with Aish. I don't know.

But people do feel happy when audience appreciate their on screen chemistry. May be he thinks that it is not a big deal. Their trp is anyway because of drama. Or he just doesn't want to restrict the credit to the chemistry alone.

well sairat itself is a team and his credit goes to the behind the scenes team its their effort and writimg that creates the chemistry what we see on-screen so in a way he is right but on the other hand he naturally has chemistry with ayesha that goes hand in hand

don't go too much into this brainless man words he is just trying to play safe to avoid huge backlash and personal backlash

@bold I am sorry, why are we only talking about reinvestigation? Why did he not do a proper investigatation the very first time? Why couldn't he go to Pulkit's house and check with his neighbours? Why did he not try to do a background check? Why did he not thinking of going to Harini's school and check her records?

I.am sorry, as much as I support Virat, he has also been at fault in this. He returned with just a record and let his family know. I would have been happy if he had initiated other investigations and informed the family that the investigation is in progress and asked Sai to wait until ne gets to the truth.

Let me remind you that the thought of reinvestigation itself was put into his head because of Sai's insistence. He had already concluded that Pulkit was a fraud based on his shoddy investigation. Let us assume we don't have Sai and Virat and theit relationship at all. Is this how one concludes that the guy is actually married? If Sai wasn't in picture and Pulkit had come through some other way, who would have insisted that he does further investigation?

@bold I agree with this, but I am not doing that. I am against what Sai is doing, I do feel bad about Virat's condition. But I also had the above questions in mind ever since he finished his initial investigation.

I am bringing this up because everyone is bringing up reinvestigation. Whether there is Sairat or not, I am not happy with the original investigation.

Emotions shouldn't overpower a person, in a way that he loses focus on his work. It is the same guy who found the drone in the middle of a forest and rescued Sai from Jagtap right?

I am not questioning his investigation skills but I am also not satisfied with his investigation.

Going to watch the Tamil version of this part, somehow I can’t bring myself to watch ghum now.

I keep hearing that in the other versions once Sairat get back together they face further hurdles.

Do they face those hurdles together or does Virat keep holding back food or throwing Sai out of the house?

If that continues to happen then this separation has taught neither of them:

Sai to think and discuss with her husband before she makes major decisions. Looking at my bro and Bhabhiji they don’t make any major decisions without discussing with each other...

Virat to control and act in a measured manner. If this track has taught him how much he loves Sai then surely he would accept her faults as well. We all have them. Will this teach him to think before he speaks? Does he change in other versions?

He knows that Sai would do anything for those that she loves - his words are empty if he doesn’t follow them through.

Im making an assumption that at reconciliation they have a frank conversation about Sai making hasty decisions and Virat’s stupid vaada.

I think I only want to carry on watching Ghum if their relationship grows stronger after this(I’ve resigned myself to this separation).

Otherwise Id struggle to watch a programme where the female is continuously abused and tested - that by a criminal family who’s own son a police officer should have sent them to jail as soon as he discovered his cousin sister had been medicated for a long period of time. That on top of the abuse that has wife has been submitted to before she even stepped into his house.

Yes Virat holds the moral high ground based on the information he has regarding the wedding but he has plenty of experience of his own families faults - which are vile.

I want a united Sairat to fight the bad - not them against each other all the time. It’s exhausting to watch and understand. Am I asking for too much from the writers🙄
