I thought about this too due to the kidnapping and ending up at his home but Pallavi would be an idiot to believe that because really where did that receipt for the report show up from? Would she be dumb enough to believe that someone somehow did a pregnancy test on her? That her doctor sent it home?

But the receipt is of abortion from some clinic.🤔 So I think it must be amrita's and Sulochana will do some setting in the clinic and prove it is pallavi who did abortion.

I don't think ITV people are so dumb to show that FL will believe she is pregnant. Matlab she can just buy a preganews kit, pee on it & check if it's positive or negative 😅
