you are right,she might be part of team or someone she knows from sets sends her pics.
But when whole world knew actor playing Shagun has been replaced she apparently commented on her pic ,when are you coming back ?

But no one replies to her. She said she was Mohor writer - even they dont follow her. She has a private account on twitter and she only follows fans. Also her older comments are (like two weeks ago) were like a fan - to Bhavna (old Shagun) she asked will you come back to the show, she told deba - two weeks ago "really enjoying SAAKK".
