Disappointed with the episode's execution today, maybe I expected too much)

Highlights -

1)Shaurya trying to control his anger before calling Anokhi though his frustration was mounting with each time he was ignored

2)Anokhi truly unable to ignore him but avoiding the possibility of another unnecessary confrontation

3)Her shock at seeing him and his disbelief at how desperate he was.

4)Her taking care of him and him calming down and taking pleasure in it.

5)Shagun is not liking all the hide-seek and wanting to pursue a straight forward approach. Ofcourse Devi preventing that because she knows Shaurya will deny Shagun.

Hated

1)BGM- lyrics were apt but Qawwali was jarring and distracting. I wish they had picked a softer music.

2)What is with this Shagun hide and seek? Devi seems to pique Shaurya's interest by leading him to believe he is seeing her because misses her. If only she knew how far gone he is.

3)Yeh kaisa girls hostel hai- anyone can walk in

4) Despite the romantic overture - I felt disappointed in Shaurya. Where is his dignity and his righteousness? How can he barge in women hostel at night? If Anokhi was not interested in him, this would constitute borderline harassment and abuse of power; the very thing Shaurya accused Ahir of. Also enough of bumbling fool that is experiencing an onslaught of emotions for the first time. This is a man who has made art out of suppressed emotions and pretending nonchalance. I need him to pull back and behave his age and level of maturity.

I am curious why Ahir is here, I hope it does not have anything to do with her sister.

Babli seems to have got inspired by Anokhi and is trying to find a job and stand on her two feets but all paths lead to Vicky. This is not going to end well given how abusive and regressive that household is

Shagun seems to be behaving sanely so far so I wonder what will make her clingy and vamp eventually. She understands and accepts that Shaurya might have moved on and seems to be willing to accept it gracefully so far. There are a couple of possibilities- she sees some hope in Shaurya's behavior who might come across receptive if he thinks that there is something between Ahir and Anokhi and he has no place in Anokhi's life or she is led to believe that Anokhi is playing with Shaurya's emotions for money and some twisted version of revenge masterminded by Astha.
