Me thinks : after the rift with raghav, Amma and keerti stayed away from hyderabad for few years. They might have even pretended to be from some other language to hide identities. That's why keerti could have learnt good hindi. Raghav was busy establishing donhood and had no need to change his accent. Btw I love his hyderabadi accent.
