Maybe cos both of them look the same i think Gunny was suppose to die but Vansh got killed instead and Gunny knows this that someone died in his place but is not sure who


this is what i thought too..thats why Gunny feels guilty

i dont agree wid that one though.as the terrorists who kill vansh clearly say dat...no man of sangrampura(i guess dats the name)can join the indian army.which means that the terrorists meant to kill vansh.........maybe its some thing like gunny was the supervisory officer at dat time at sangrampura who is posted there in order to make sure there is saftey of the residents and there are no terrorists in dat area..maybe as gunny like vidya does not notice the terrorists isnt able to take action at the right time which leads to vanshs death........after dat he is court martial.etc etc.after which dta record is enterd in his file as maj vaibhavi said.......the big galati of gunny.....

well i think the terrorists were looking for gunny because he was trained to kill terrorists. they must have searched for gunny and happened to come across vansh. both r in the army and look alike so they mistook vansh to be gunny and killed him instead with an excuse that vansh being from sangrampura and no man from there should go to the army.
gunny meanwhile know abt this incident. and he keeps mum making terrorists believe he is dead. he does not know vansh's details and vidya's reln to him and also does not know that vansh looks like him so this whole thing has come as a big shock and he is feeling guilty.
this could be one of main possibilites for the gunny - vidya - vansh mystery. baaki toh dj's ko hi pata hoga - u know how they give jhatkas. the way rajveer was revealed as naveen's killer was splendid. similarly i think gunny ka bhi kuch past hoga related to vansh and terrorists.
this is my angle to the mystery he he he

i just meant that may be vansh might have died already n gunny posed as vansh n came in vansh's house 2 find clues or sumthing 😕

option 2:
Gunny is indirectly resposible for Vansh death. Maybe he was at Sangrampura for a mission to catch the terrorist and Vansh got captured and killed by the terrorist instead.

Option 3:
Gunny is related to Vansh like twin brothers who got separated and then probably he was later adopted my Mjr General Gaur.
