Holi - Imaliya style

Well, finally the Holi episode is here and Babusahib landed with a bang at Imaliya ka hostel😆.

All our predictions went phuss once again....humne toh Babusahib ko underestimate kar diya😲😆....he managed to manaao Imlie on her own to come with him without any need for getting kicked out of the hostel😆.

The first scene was fantastic👏.....so much ground covered in one conversation.....lol Adi asking Imlie once again why she came to Delhi literally a day after him and then saying he isn't going to let her stay here by herself and she has to come home with him.....lol initially he tries the excuse of family waale again that they are all depressed without her😆....Imlie counters by reminding him that he had promised he would respect her decision and it is her decision to stay in the hostel😆.....to which Adi replies that his promise was only about her decision to stay in PD🤣.....oh boy, kisi promise mein loophole dhundna koi is bande se seekhe👏😆.....Imlie left PD toh woh promise cancel? Delhi mein promise valid nahin anymore? Waah waah Babusahib😆. Imlie tries to push back again ki why should she come with him, is she his ZIMMEDAARI? 😆.....so Adi also doesn't back down and says you know very well what you are to me and don't force me to say things that you aren't ready to hear😆.....hoo boy, these two😆. Imlie also hardly misses a beat and tells him ok I'll tell you what YOU don't want to hear....that I didn't come to Delhi for YOU😆.....Aapse door rehna chahte hain.....lol Adi explodes again ki door rehna tha toh Dilli waapis kyun aayi😆....tum humaare liye kuch mehsoos nahin karti? Imlie's like nahin😆....he pauses barely a beat and says, "Par HUM karte hain"🤣.....KYA HAI YEH BANDA😆.....btw the entire packing/unpacking that was going on in the middle of this convo was another hilarious backdrop😆....Adi stuffing clothes in her bag and her taking them out each time he put them in😆. And then Adi's like I'm not being able to think, work, live without you toh chalo humaare saath ghar.....lol....finally Imlie's like kis RISHTE se? And again reiterates she doesn't want to come b/w his and Malini's rishta....to which Adi's like HUMARE rishte ka kya? and then points out that Malini isn't happy, I'm not happy and tum bhi ghut ghut ke jee rahi ho.....we have to talk about our rishta...you have to express what you feel for me....phir sab kuch theek ho jaayega....ROFL oh really, Adi? Abhi bhi tumhein idea nahin hai😆

Finally Adi-dev uses his brahmastra and tells Imlie that if she doesn't come with him, he will leave everything and come live with her HERE🤣....I repeat, kya hai yeh banda....rofl....finally this point wears Imlie down....she probably thinks he's crazy enough to actually do it too🤣....and she agrees to come back with him with the promise that she will never become the cause for Malini didi ka dukh😆....I just had to pause and laugh at Adi's expression when she asks for this promise and how quickly Adi says, "ok theek hai hum vaada karte hain"🤣.....Imliya, you should know by now yeh koi bhi promise ko tod marod leta hai apne matlab se...phir bhi bholi bacchi thought a promise would be enough to hold him back? 😆

ROFL at the comedic turn in the end when Imlie's like these aren't even my clothes that you're trying to pack since then🤣....and Adi's again like pehle nahin bataa sakti thi? hahahaha these two are adorable.

Finally we got to the Holi part.....I'm glad this convo happened before Holi and they were relaxed by the time they came out....just having a general discussion about Holi....Imlie asking him why he doesn't like it and he's like zaroori nahin jo cheez tumhein pasand aaye woh sabko pasand aaye....and Imlie teases him, "Jaisan aap"? 😆....haha aww look at our girl relaxing enough to pull his leg mazey mein now😆.....telling him ki jo aadmi ek jeb mein gussa lekar ghoomta hai aur dusre mein taane lekar ghoomega, use kaun pasand karega? 😆....and Adi's like, "sabko pasand ho na ho, tumein toh pasand hain na"....LOL these two just so cute opening up to each other halke halke.....and Adi ko bas Imlie ki pasand se matlab hai ab....baaki duniya jaaye bhaad mein😆....as he demonstrated moments later by splashing color on her and quoting her own "Indradhanush" dialogue back to her😆.....I don't have words for how sweet and simple their Holi was....bas splashing colors on each other and marinating in that joy saath mein without anything OTT. Sach mein hatke Holi for two characters on ITV :)

Finally rang-birange lovebirds pahunch gaye apne ghar singing loud Imaliya songs right till the doorstep😆....Adi toh full bindaas mood mein still putting color on her face till the very last moment before the door was opened....ekdum let go huye pade the dono kisi bhi cheez se conscious nahin😆

Aww though at the family reunion everyone being SO happy to see Imlie back *utaaroes nazar*....ghar mein jaan waapis aayi thodi....and Adi looked so happy seeing everyone meeting Imlie one by one....like he was literally seeing the life coming back into his home.

But ofcourse it wasn't meant to last cuz Malini Didi was awaiting her sindoor daan on the other end😆. A lot of things cleared up today in my opinion.....all of Malini's claims of grand love for Imlie, considering her chhoti behen and all....lol she didn't even GLANCE at Imlie when she first entered....she was watching Adi with this weird obsessed expression and busy setting up her whole "mujhe pehla rang lagaao" drama.....Imlie only got noticed when she herself said hi and wished Malini for Holi.....lol and then later on when as expected, Kismat decided ki nahin milna ab Didi ko koi sindoor, and Imlie volunteered to color her for Holi in general, Malini didn't even let Imlie put color on her....WOW😕....ab is sabke baad bhi log bolenge haaye bechaari Malini? 😆

The whole sindoor scene was so funny though....that giant sindoor bottle ek toh....and then the fact that Adi agreeing to put it on Malini only to keep the promise to Imlie😆....but Fate intervened and decided ki NOPE....and the whole sindoor splashed on Imlie instead....bottle mein kuch bhi nahin bachaa Malini didi ke liye😆.....and she was left moping as usual...along with her mom filling her ears with dekho Adi kitna khush to have Imlie back😆.....LOL@ Tripathis briefly wondering ki what did Adi say to convince Imlie to come back home....but then getting distracted from that point as usual😆. Imlie seemed quite willing to jump back to naukraani mode despite all her big stands against it before coming to the house😕😆.....but Adi firmly intervened to say ki no, she won't work here now😆.

Precap mein looks like Imlie ka koi symbolic grahpravesh footprints jaisa kuch ho gaya and AC angrily splashing water over it calling it cheap Holi ka color and not sacred like altaa😆.....Chalo bhai, bahu#1 is back now to cheer up T house.....let's see how/if Adi tries to solve his problems in the coming days😆

Aaj humne poora episode dekh liya 😆 Looks like I will have to watch tomorrow’s also fully the first time around 😆

She comes back for him. I had been hoping for a while that this should be the reason and it was nice to see it transpire today. She loves him as much as he loves her. So she comes back for his peace of mind. To make sure he lives instead of existing. After all the blunt talk, she still manages to fit in that she likes him so that he has no doubts. Like that is ever going to be enough for Aditya

As for that vachan, I do not trust it. Not one bit. Do we even need to talk about that Holi bit or the song at the door as proof for that vachan not standing the test of time

Malini did not even do the token fight against defending Aditya. What was even that hogwash of a bhaashan. And the public tamasha that followed. Beyond pathetic. If she wants to make her fights public, she will make the family witness her mask falling off publicly. Which is probably good in a way.

Pankaj singing the song with Imlie was all kinds of cute ❤️

The sindoor ka dabba falling at Imlie’s feet and the sindoor all over Imlie 😆 like anything else was coming out of it. If Aditya could, he would have poured more of it over her happily

Pehle I gotta talk about these 2 munchkins totally in bliss so relaxed after having that wonderful conversation in the beginning and bheegooing in holi ka rang and singing songs in full hosh o hawas.. Props to makers for not making it a typical bhang ke nashe main kuch bhi karke not having memory type typical bakwaas.

It became so special and so sweet caz they were fully aware of what was happening totally enjoying their moments of comfort and joy doing light flirting so innocently being a perfect couple in the moments bina kisi dusre ki chinta ya care ya interupotion..it was their lamha . ❤💜💙💚💚💛🧡💜 so wholesome ( and yes holi hi munasibat se colorful hearts)

I absolutly loved the clarity they had in the conversation point to point and cut to cut and so much haq on each other chalkooing in the way he was maze se packing her(oops kisi aur ka ) stuff and sunaooing her ke bas promise gaya tel lene. It wasn't valid here and now not a word more.. and her countering it with valid points too ke phir kya zimmedari ke saath jaaon.. aaj imlie had a lower hand he was convinced and he was not having any of her emotional talks right from hum woh bol denge jo tumne sunana nahi hai and imlie ka comeback ke phir hum hi bol dete hain ke tumhare liye nahi aaye and he still being doesn't matter I know the truth you are coming with me and I don't believe this lie you could have stayed far far away in PD but you took the next bus hence it is for me.. keep.lying to yourself haha. and then the best is hum apne rishte ke baare main baat karni hai .. that is the most important to him to us forget about anyone else.. haha word about kya hai yeh banda loopholes dhoondh liye apna keh dia .. I was so glad he spilled the truth tea ke bewakoof ladki you really think koi bhi khush hai none of us are and none of us will be. Though he is bewakoof ke he thinks just imlie ke maan lene se cheezein solve ho jaayeinge.. lol vachan toh na reh paayie hain..hahaha at adi ka sada hua whatever rakh lenge hum to get over with it and pehle using his ace ke let me camp here first hahaha and imlie left with no choice knowing his paagalpanti

The progress is really something they still haven't directly admitted but it is so obvious I went aww at his hum tumhein pasand hai utna hi kaafi hai and imlie blushing and smiling and walking away. The indradhanush 😆 hahab so much nostalgia again.. Gul and team really like to use this reference a lot and once again it was just so so so beautiful and him repeating it to her and itna khulke lagaooing her rang

Her welcome scene man kya boloon main dil khush ho gaya heartwarming stuff itne happy chehre dekh ke them having the time of their life seeing their lifeline back how the whole mood changed that was ruined by partypoopers who were so sadele not letting anyone be happy in tyohaar too and sulk karne aaye thay.. the rudaali team..

I loved the nazron main ishare when imlie turned back and asked him to come

Uske baad jo katora leke dodi start hui bheek mangana..mere rabba bacha utha liyo re deva isko...what a sad woman man itna tamasha itna tamsha in public you had an expectation he failed why make a public show why can't you drag your husband to the side and do your tamasha and save the entire parivaar the nonsense hai main lut gayi.. and what was that rona over sindoor imlie was right koi bhi rang lagwa lo but nahi phir becahrgi nahi hogi na .. she was so so rude to imlie to the entire family all this time trying to make it about her not thinking ke sabka tyohaar khrab kar rahi hainyeh aur iski Amma they really were at loss of means to make this a happy environment bache tak punish leke bhaithe thay but yeah in self absorbed logon ko apne aage kuch dikhe toh na

I loved the little bit at the end with BK being angry with imlie again so heartwarming and imlie sundar moments awww light up the mood..

I am glad adi wasn't keen on applying any rang even for promise too and straight said inlie is no naukrani..over to next drama now of losers.. and I want adi to bring his A game out and nikalo these losers out possibly with their beti for good..

I see upcoming being about Adi wanting to get Imlie to admit that she loves him and wants to be with him.....all that talk about humaare rishte ke baare mein baat karni padegi.....that seemed to be a set up for the next phase.

First order of business was getting Imlie back in his house so that he can atleast find it easier to gather his thoughts than chasing after her everyday😆.....and the first scene today showed that Imlie is grappling with her own confusions and trying to deflect from giving him direct answers....but he can also read her silences.

I don't know how Adi thinks they will be easily able to talk in the same house but let's see how he achieves it😆.....cuz his goal does seem to be to talk all this through with Imlie and then figure out next steps.....lol

But yeah, I see a lot of tadapna in both their futures if they are going to keep coddling Didi ke OTT dramas like today😆

Oh man... what a colorful episode it was. BBBS got his wish fulfilled and got his patni home, under his roof. Uff the lengths at which he can go to.. we ain't see anything yet ladies. More to come our way.

The convo at the hostel was endearing and hilarious with both of them packing/unpacking the bag. That poor roommate's clothes are rolled and bundled up.. and being shoved into the bag helter skelter.. BS did not want to waste a sec and had to get her home,that was his only one thought since he learnt she was on her way back to Dilli. All of Imlie's questions parried effortlessly by BS, patrakaari aur kalam ki weight.. convinced her.. by moving into the hostel if she refused to return with him.. 🤣He was hurt briefly when Imlie said she did not return for him and wants to stay far away from him... he did not bite. He was like a stuck record, why did she return back the very next day, she is not going to stay alone.

As AY wrote, he is a master at turning things around on its head and was able to explain the breaking of his promise. He gave another one readily without missing a beat. The smile they shared when Imlie told him he was packing her roommate's clothes was cute...

Aww.. the convo leading to the color throwing was well done.. I loved the smile Imlie gave.. a sweet shy smile after admitting she likes him. I think BS ka ego swelled bigger as she admitted it. 😆 Just yday he was thinking how life was drab and lifeless, now he colored her red, with his love and joyful abandon that we come to see. Both enjoying the festival in a carefree manner.

The singing at the door was so cute and Adi was laughing as he colored yet again before the door opened to the joyous welcome of Imlie by his family. He was melting inside when he saw how they were hugging and crying.. seeing their smiles for the first time in days, the life and warmth seeping back into the household. A silent nod from Dev. Maa beti did not come to the door. Malini was upset that no one was paying her any attention.. me me me...

The whole sindoor drama was cringey.. and Adi trying to lagao sindoor from 6 ft apart.. lulzy.. and he did that to keep his promise to Imlie.. 😆 Waise he was feeling full of pheels when he saw the sindoor has drenched Imlie from head to toe. Felt like he wanted to shout to the world that she was his, his wife.

Anu correctly guessing that Adi has never been this happier. The family shocked when Malini refused to let Imlie apply color and Adi fuming inwardly.

Interesting days ahead and let us see how Adi gets to talk to Imlie and get her to admit her feelings for him. Also his words that she will not be a naukrani in the house any more.. and Imlie's feet leaving the shagun ka footprint all over the house. Ghar ki Lakshmi waapas aa gayi. 🥳

LMAO but how hilarious was Adi trying to scrape something out of the bottom of the bottle to show he was making a token effort to find some rang for Malini ji🤣......the MELODRAMA in that scene was TOO lulzy😆

Re: Vachan....lol yeah that Vachan ain't gonna work one bit....2 din mein fail hone wala hai😆.....Adi can make token attempts for that vachan but as I was saying yesterday also Fate won't let any of it come to pass....Fate will always turn everything in Imlie's direction to give her her valid rights now. Malini never had a real right on that sindoor to begin with.....Imlie donated what was hers in her mahaanta mode....now Fate is deciding it all goes back to Imlie who was the original intended recipient of it.

Re: coming back....lol yes, for all her resistance, Imlie ultimately came back when she could see he would totally lose it without her.....and she may not admit it directly but she was damn HAPPY to come back with him....ekdum chehek rahi thi😆

What an endearing episode. Like I have always said, I love the fact that Imlie and Aditya talk. The leads of this show talk and how! Like you said AY that entire conversation in the hostel was so good. It was concise and yet so impactful for both of them.

Malini can be ignored..she was still carrying the sindoor ka qutub minar! *facepalm*.

Loved Adi ka smile as he was packing her bag after she had agreed to come with him, what a relaxing smile that was.

The scene where she meets and greets the T's was so cute and nicely done!

Imlie has not only breathed life into Adi but all the Tripathis! And if I am getting this vibe right, the family also will soon realize how these two ladies think differently, behave differently and eventually -love differently.

And lastly- I was waiting for this Adi and Imlie..their noh jhoks, chidhana and their banter!

Nice episode today overall.

Loved the first scene between adi and imlie. Wo kisi bhi haal pe is ladki ko ek inch ke doori pe rehne nahi dene wala tha. I am not sure he even digested the request to nibhaoo rishta with malini, just made up his mind before hand to get his jhalli home no matter how by saying yes to anything so they can be together. Typical hubby wifey vibes ending with imlie laughing at a stressed adi who ended up packing some other girls clothes all along🤣. Imlies admission that she loves him was low key and lovely❤️. And her taana about gussa and taana maarne wale ko kaun pasand karega was gold😆. 6 foot khaados ko yehi line pe laa sakti hai.

Holi scene was sweet and mellow. I felt they could have notched up the intensity from adi a wee bit, but thats just my opinion. It was sweet nevertheless. Lovely to see adi singing with imlie while waiting for the door to open at the Tripathi house and applying color on her happily.

Abhi malini ko shayad aur bhi clingy aur obsessive banane pe thule hain. Ac ki band bajne wali hai kal adi ki haathon.
