Yes, if you check the ITV medical guide, the cure to a fever is a steamy shower with the tv leads! This holds true for all EK and Gul shows!!

don't do it! just relax today and do only the tasks that you have to do! it's almost the weekend anyways you can catch up then!!

i think there are elements you can skip in this week's episodes if you want to catch up quickly but honestly you could also wait to see what happens tonight before you watch!! because after today we'll know whether we can expect this scene on friday or if we should expect it next week. bc we know that shaurya's realization graph is long so will we see him immediately ready to go back to her?
