The Alina actor also looks/acts good. i wasnt a fan of book!alina.
Season 1 looks like it’s book 1. Most scenes I could recall.

The crows are a new addition so idk how they fit in season 1.

I read it that the series is based 50% on shadow and bone and 50% on six of crows!!!

Looks good, want to give it a try but haven't read the book , so I guess I should read first and then watch this

the books are a very quick read.
season 1 looks based on book 1.

But they have apparently deviated from the source material (as per author).

Read both shadow and bone and six of crows, the theme of six of crows is same but set in 17th Century because the series is based on both books.

both books: six of crows and shadow and bone, six of crows is has a more complicated plot. They have combined both books for season 1 hence the characters of both books are in the series.
