I loved the fact that Pallu was not angry about the color on her face , rather she had a soft smile and yearning in her eyes. You know the hair fetish thing? Im sure most of you have seen the Telugu movie Pokiri.. the hair sniffing scene reminds me of the elevator scene in the movie.. but I feel there's more similarity between that movie and this show .. Like Shruti (Ileana's character in the movie) gets attracted to Pandu (Mahesh Babu) the goon and is much more transparent and open about her feelings..she even proposes Pandu.. Pallavi, is also attracted in a similar way to Raghav..though she will not propose because she has other shackles... being a widow, family n all...There Pandu also loves Shruti but is not expressive like her.. I feel Raghav can not be the quintessential romantic types..his love will be a different one.. holding hands, and saying sweet nothings in her ears lol all that is not Raghav's style..like Pandu was in that movie..

Hey Misty Dawn, I know the movie you are talking about . I’ve seen Pokiri in Tamil with Vijay and Asin. Yes, I saw the similarities too.😆. hmm... I don’t know if Pallu will be as forward as shruti(Asin’s character) but I can clearly see how Raghav is bringing out the best in her and how she’s literally blossoming into her original self with him. She is quite in the throes of the first baby steps to attraction and I fear that will be the reason she reverts back into her shell maybe as things get more heated during mansi’s wedding(her hajmola FIL is no good either as is good at emotional manipulation and she herself thinks she owes them) make out of annoyance and anger Raghav agrees to get hitched to that vacuous amrutha . Of course Raghav won’t be as recalcitrant as Tamizh(vijay’s character ) . He’s all about loudness, boldness, passion, ego, and in your face personality☺️ basically extremes - so his love will also be like that...I’m crossing my fingers and toes that they keep him true to character and don’t mess with his characterization when he falls in love. I’m up for Raghav the mad man in love( I only ask there be no overt and cringey obsessive, stalky behavior). Is that too much to ask? 😭

No matter the attraction between the two...when Raghav finally goes all out to marry Pallu it will be to prove a point to his mother. And Pallu will only agree because there will be some badnami created by Sulo.

Ofcourse Pallavi cannot be as forward as Asin or Ileana's character(havent seen the Tamil version but guessing they are similar) because the fact that she is a widow and has a family technically her inlaws who she feels indebted to, makes it an almost impossible scenario for her to declare her love the way those girls did.. I mentioned that in my original post too that she would never propose to Raghav the way Shruti did.. but the attraction Pallavi is feeling for someone like Raghav, looks somewhat similar to how Shruti in that movie was feeling for Pandu eventhough Pandu never really lead her on so to speak.. like Raghav..he never leads Pallavi on or tries to charm her or anything.. If anything, he has mostly been rude to her but she still feels drawn to him.. Pallavi is like an open book.. so easy to read.. Raghav on the other hand, is just the opposite ..It will be really interesting to see him fall in love.. and yes me hoping and praying that they keep the basic essence of the character, the no non sense attitude intact even after he falls in love.
