So I think that she believes that Vikram hasn't done it and that's why she is roaming around so happily and enjoying!

Watched the episode. I feel the tea stall vendor pointed out at Nandini not Vikram. They got it as Vikram because they least suspected Nandini. Now with Veer shouting she won't go to jail . I think it struck Rani that it's not Vikram.

Today after the yell, he said she cannot go to jail

So here he gave out the gender of the culprit

So veer unknowingly is helping Rani with confirming leads
