It’s ITV plus a mystery.
In mystery stories, the culprit is never the one we expect it to be. So whoever is our first guess is never it. Same thing here.

Also it’s ITV, if it was actually Vikram, they would have made the revelation way more dramatic. Rani overhearing some conversation and then saying Vikram can’t do it is so underwhelming.

Lastly the FL’s gut feeling is almost always right 😆 Here Rani doesn’t want to trust that Viku did it.

They are just doing it for the twist. Drama = TRPs.
