I am so confused now who is the real culprit! Veer said she so maybe its Ranisa or nandini.

Then a possibility is that ranisa didn't reveal to veer about Vikram and told him that she did the accident so that's what veer knows

And the other possibility can be nandini doing it because in today's episode she got a driving licence. Why would they such a small thing? So maybe its her too😐
