@bold: Yep, they usually do a good job of weaving in the scenes of the supporting characters around the larger Adi-Imlie storyline as well.....it only gets tiresome when they drag on the Malini drama and Dev/Daadi nonsense....but on the PD side, SK-Mithi related stuff always makes for a good watch.

Heck, even Pari who I don't really care much to watch had some purpose in the episode today....lol he became the instrument to show the SK-Mithi convo, then the Adi-Mithi convo, and take Adi to the Dev revelation in a sense.

Rofl yes even pari had some purpose today along with nishant.. the 2 losers who had been absolute wastes till now.. Word about dev and dadi I just cannot deal with them.akele bhi but saath main they are extra unbearable 🤣 and malini didi bhi in her too much nautnaki zone..

@bold - and this is where this show has been so good at foreshadowing. The snakebite episode was an indicator of this in a way. Aditya’s love for Imlie will help overcome his guilt for Malini.

It is as though they drop hints like this in every episode unintentionally but it is so tied to the future.

Not just that, the more I think about it, the more this time is different cuz Adi has literally more deliberately jodoed rishte....formed bonds with everything connected to Imlie. Today was the final layer on that with him literally embracing her mom as his own. After all this, it becomes even more difficult for Adi to retreat into his regular Delhi wala Adi.....too many new bonds have been formed for him to pull back from....he will feel their weight, their pull and won't be able to pull his regular mask with Malini.

AC was right all along....a new Adi will emerge that neither him nor Malini will be able to recognize....lol....that's where this looks to be headed.

All this makes me wonder if his relationship with Malini will not even stabilize on a minimum level after his return and there will be reluctance on both sides to fix things. He may go to bring her back on his family's insistence....she may return without feeling reassured and then the distance continues to fester between them. Getting a feeling the Tripathis will try to counsel Adi-Malini on marriage in this phase and Adi ko Imlie ki hi yaad aati rahegi on any mention of marriage.😆

Oh I meant to say this I so so so love that even now that he has grown to feel attached to this family and open up with mithi too he still never ever raised a question about her past aise out of curiosity bhi nahi haan yeh alag baat hai ke isko jhat se answer bhi mil gaya as soon as he grew closer to them but I still value this part that in all his kadwe baatein too that never came up as an insult

Aww I hope he does hug her one day😆.....bahut sweet hoga.....haha....but yes, the respect and warmth between them has been so nicely developed....what a journey it has been from the first PD visit to this point..I'm always touched by all the fretting she's done over him and Imlie....understanding how he also went through a trauma over what happened....but always hoping/worrying that he still gives Imlie the regard she deserves....and now he feels like a dream Jamaai to her.....lol

Poor lady is going to go through her own phase of shock when she learns about him marrying Malini and how Imlie spent these months at his house......will be intriguing to see the shifts in Mithi and Adi's equation then too.

Adi has just never seemed the type to try and shame anyone over their past....isne bas Imlie ko hi put down kiya hai to distance her from himself.....lol but baaki sabko usually regard and space deta hai.

@AY in the whole epi,Imlie was in awe of her BS & I was in Awe of Satyakam☺️...Such a strong character he has been all along...Knowing the other person(mithi) does not love you... cannot be yours,is still in awe of a person who has wronged them,defend him(dev bhoot) over you n yet you continue to support them against the world,treat their child as your own that indeed is so rare & beautiful❤️

Mubarak ho, after driving for what seemed like 10 DAYS, Dev Babu has finally managed to reach the outskirts of PD👏😆.

Aate hi direct KIDNAPPED by SK🤣.....man, that guy moved fast. I dunno why I was under the illusion that SK doesn't know what Dev looks like😆. He not only knows, he instantly kidnapped Dev the moment he saw him and took him off to the jungle to interrogate and thrash him😆.

SK was in full SK mode today....an avenging angel on behalf of his Imlie and Mithi....letting Dev bear the full brunt of his disgust and anger for what he's put Imlie and Mithi through. I still can't believe Dev actually thought he could just meet Mithi and Imlie suddenly after all this time and they'd calmly accept him....especially Imlie🤔😆.

The other two main nice scenes in the epi were both with Mithi.....

First up, the Mithi-SK scene where they talk about Prakash liking Imlie and Adi being jealous of Prakash😆.....SK correlates Prakash to himself as the guy who supposedly couldn't confess his feelings in time.....but I loved how he directly spoke to Mithi about his own feelings again and how he also feels suffocated seeing her live in so much suffocation....his guilt over not telling her his feelings in time and Dev managing to dupe her in that time.

Then the Adi-Mithi scene....probably the best scene of the epi today.....Mithi wanting to thank him for all that he's done for Imlie....the way she described Imlie as "aapmaan aur asammaan ke keechad mein khilaa hua Kamal"....beautiful dialogues.....and the way she spoke about wishing her daughter never has a kismat like her.....lots of foreshadowing today. Adi sweetly told her she doesn't need to thank him and asked her to just call him Aditya or Adi....in turn she asked him to call her Amma....aww very sweet bit.....finally Adi found that second mother that he could never find in Mrs. C who refused to let him call her Mummyji.

Adi-Imlie wise, there were some bits sprinkled in throughout the restaurant scene but the focus was on the Dev-Mithi-SK drama.....lol. Still, the gist of it was that Imlie was all smitten and in awe of her Babusahib doing so much for her family and her villagers...giving them so much respect in the restaurant, eating with them, making them feel at home....and in the end even drinking from a fingerbowl cuz Imlie told everyone it's what people in the city drink after their meals😆....Bas Imlie ki baat rakhne ke liye yeh bhi pee gaye Babusahib😆.

Tomorrow should be a big epi.....SK about to shoot Dev😆....until Mithi intervenes and SLAPS SK....lol....and Adi finally overhears that Dev is Imlie's dad.....cue the sadma face😆.

Yehi Hoga.. iss baar adi se na hi paayega kuch bhi khatam.. he is way too involved now to just go back to his idc zone.. ab agar chahe ga bhi toh maan and samaan he got here will come in his way to stop him.. it will be a constant contrast on every level for him and his need to stand up for these people even more caz he is haq ki awaaz in this story too not just the hero
