He had stage 1 not 4, media reported it as stage 3 but dutts never confirmed it in fact maanyata requested not to speculate. He got in remission in 4 months. Mostly to do with his will power, best treatment and stage 1

Good thing is I don’t see him smoking anymore.

They say Sanju never said what stage of cancer he is in, he only announced that he was unwell on Aug 12 - a few days before the release of Sadak 2...

His family supposedly maintained stoic silence and asked everybody not to speculate... But reports started to emerge he had stage 3 or 4 cancer... So who released those reports? And why not put an end to the non stop speculations by announcing what he really had?

Anyway On Oct 21 on his children’s birthday he announced he was disease free (which is possible if it was only a small growth)
