Oh haha, now wouldn't that be something.....but I don't know if it will come to that....it's a long developed habit and reflex for him. If they do show him not calling her that anymore, it will be a notable shift.....and yes, something for Malini to ponder over....she will likely pout and ask him to call her that again or cry over it.....and it might force Adi to wonder why calling her "Moon" doesn't feel the same anymore.

Interesting speculation....but only time will tell to what degree the makers want to show the shift in Adi when he gets back to Malini😆

LOL arey isse zyada context milega bhi nahin😆.....he was CHITRAKAAR, he made her CHITRA, and ho gaya LOWE😆.....I have a feeling they will try to draw parallels b/w Dev-Mithi and Adi-Imlie....ki yahaan PD mein mile, special connection feel hua and pyar ho gaya. That is the reason Mithi seems to be unable to let go.....she is holding on to that connection even after he abandoned her and never looked back.

I hope they don't try to draw parallels cuz Adi already has done many things differently than Dev and Imlie is a more evolved and fierce version of Mithi who doesn't take crap from anyone😆.....not even the husband she is devoted to.

Mithi needs closure from Dev to move on and value SK.....but pata nahin woh kab aur kaise hoga.....lol

I've seen him worried for her health, worried that she may be hurt, worried that the truth will shatter her.....but none of that worry ever matched up to this feeling that completed undoes him even at the THOUGHT of Imlie leaving or not being with him.

It's all ofcourse been triggered by the fact that Imlie showed the courage and resolve to leave him.....and she didn't do it in anger or to prove a point to him....she did it all with honesty....clearly letting him know at every step why she's leaving him even though she considers herself attached to him. And that very thing undid him.

This entire time in PD, he's been asking Imlie in a zillion roundabout ways ki tum waapis naahin chalogi? Tum chahti ho hum chale jaayein?....it's all been connected to the same basic vulnerability....the vulnerability that comes with loving someone so much that you can't live without them....and you fear losing them.

Adi experiences this vulnerability more acutely than Imlie because he's never loved anyone/anything in life enough to fear losing it before. Imlie on the other hand has loved and lost many things in her life so she has the emotional strength to leave....and that's what she did. But Adi hasn't been able to reconcile to that....that how could Imlie leave him after everything.

And I think this will remain a lingering vulnerability in him for a long time....that if Imlie could leave him once, she can leave him again😆.....he will keep coming back to this point in different way....either pleading with her or taunting her over it.....but that will always be his hurt that she left him....lol....until the time comes when Imlie promises him that she will never leave him.

This contrast was touched on slightly in his FB about Malini where they talk about how you fear losing someone if you truly love them.....but I don't know if it's fully connected consciously in Adi's mind yet that this is what he's feeling only for Imlie, not Malini.....the irony is that Malini also left his house but I doubt even when he goes back and learns this, if he will ever feel the vulnerability he feels over losing Imlie.

+100 to all of this.. adi ke mann main darr bhaith gaya hai of losing her as she is his most valuable thing. All his acceptance that came out also came once she blocked him and pushed him so far away that then adi had no other way to give her what she was yearning for .. despite her giving it up for his khushyias per his wishes.. he just couldn't bear the thought of not being in connect with her ever again for whatever reason as she planned and told him too he has been trying real hard to not let that dhaaga break down between them caz he simply cannot deal with the loss and that feeling of her not being around usne chand ghanton main hi experience kar lia hai ke this will make survival impossible for him..

He can stay mad do nakhre basically shut her out but that tasalli ke phir bhi he comes back to a home where he will see her interact with someone else feel her presence and experience the sukoon radiating caz of it has been enough for him to live with the denial still.worked ke mera koi lena dena nahi but woh aas paas to hai but the fact that she can actually take such step leave him never to show her face again is beyond his imagination as we have discussed this before too she is The air he breathes.. and has become necessary part of his survival.. and yes they have built so much on this developing vulnerability of adi he has become so much more aware in a sense ke iska na ho paayega guzara without imlie hence he keeps bringing that up aise nahi toh aise.. but yeh dikhata jaata raha hai ke imlie kitni zaroori hai

The intresting bit ofocurse is as you said he said all this about malini but never made an effort she claims all that loudly too but her approach is on the other end ke mere ho toh mere se bandh ke raho. Adi despite all his needs has opened his palm he will complain he will feel suffocated but bandhe ga nahi instead he will follow rather than holding her down.. that is if you need to be away if you need to live somewhere else cool no.problem it is my problem to not being able to live without you so let me follow you You do you.. like a good partner should.. that has been the highlight.. he has not once tried to tie her strongly to him ..yeah verbal bohat ways and bohat tarah ke emotion dikha diye but end main it has been always a disappointed jaise tumhari marzi but then I will extend my trip kisi ek bahane se ya dusre caz he has blocked forgotten the delhi part of his life.. it is like he never belonged there or none of it matter to him na uska kaam na uski family na kuch aur. .. all of it is secondary.. imlie is the priority which is again such a contrast caz he has been the guy who is like kuch aur nahi sirf kaam kaam.kaam.. but imlie has replaced that.. she has become.his kamzori and strength at the same time... his jeene ke wajah... @bold: And that was exactly what made it so nice to watch.....everything he's doing for Imlie comes naturally from him - no prompts or guilt trips needed. She never asks him for anything and he himself feels this urge to pamper her. As you said, his love for her softens his character's rough edges....we see an Adi willingly being that indulgent, that affectionate....basically the natural emotions that come out of you when you love someone.

I hope you're right about Adi not finding out Dev's truth yet....lol it will sideline the realizations he needs to face on getting back to Malini.....but let's see what we get.

Sach main sehaj ke rakh raha hai itna sambhal ke and it really has added a whole new dimension to adi. Nobody had ever imagined ke adi itna Narmi in kisi bhi matter dikha sakta hai 😆 so car toh I thought ke iska soft and sweet hona bas uss pda tak hi hai and utna hi hoga jitna malini ke saath but ab it is becoming aur bhi glaring obvious how put on all of that has been when at core this guy is this pyara in real when he is at his real self kitna rooted hai yeh and kitna humbling ho sakta hai.. kitna grateful bhi ❤

Yup that totally depends on how much bechari they want to make poor moon and how much they wanna make Adi grey .. it will be very interesting though if he back tracks caz logic ke hisaab se that is the very natural next step for adi to take a step back set boundaries. The makers will have to phoonkh phoonkh ke kadam rakho so far they have managed brilliantly with the sensitivity part hope that continues on Delhi side of things too

And that is my issue too adi dev hai nahi ho sakta nahi even at his hate ki oonchai too he never abandoned imlie sure he tried to send her back multiple times but that is different chah ke bhi alag kar nahi paaya it pinched always.. he had his Zimmedari ka ehsas since the very beginning and have stood up for her when things went really out of hand jaise bhi..

I know we aren't getting anymore context nor do I care as such mujhe unki love story dekhne ka shauk nahi hai😆 my point being it is beyond ridiculous je jtne main hi mithi is so lattu she never even finds it wrong the way he used her and threw her abhi bhi she has some love like what.. imlie ka.devotion phor bhi samjh aata hai why is her faith so strong mithi ka kya hai she was legit left with a kid who's life has been destroyed and instead of caring for that she has some sympathy for the man who ruined their lives apne liye chodo apni bachi ke liye ab toh stand le lo mithi ji . Aapse better toh phir AC hai in many ways and I didn't think ever that I will say that.. she goes overboard but atleast apne bache ke liye hai toh protective na.. aap toh na zamane se ladh saki mithi na apne aap se.. yeh kaisi mamta hai jahan you suddenly feel the love for this dhokebaaz more than what he put you and your daughter through and I can understand she can possibly forgive him for what happened with her out of love or feelings but not for what it meant for imlie how she was treated .. that is where mithi becomes unbelievable

Always fun for me to catch up on the discussion here before work 😄. Neither Adi or Imlie will see dev. It’s just too soon in the story in my opinion. As someone pointed out earlier, it will be the next high point in the story and it doesn’t make sense to bring that angle now after investing so much time in showing the shift in Adi Imlie’s relationship .

I am looking forward to a beautiful good bye scene - just imlie and Adi. No family around lol. Let them be busy with dev 😆

My question is - is Adi going straight to Delhi from the restaurant? That means Imlie gets to keep his shirt 😳

That's the plan as of now though iska dil bilkul nahi hai.. Delhi ke naam se iski shakal ban jaati hai 🤣 am emotion I relate hard with caz the last few hours of my trips back to home are impossible for me mujhe toh weeks before hi depression hone lagta hai and then the prayers start flight delay ho jaaye passport ghar reh jaaye hahaha
