Everything is happening in SM on a high scale with intense scenes and real acting. But guys from today onwards SM is no more that old Shaadi Mubarak. Everything has changed after today's epi. Where on one hand, they gave birth to a premature baby girl on the other hand, Preeti's operation went successful but after surgery she doesnt react to anything. Since 5 days she hadnt reacted to anything. Yes she had a memory loss but not that typical 'Kaun hoon mai mujhe kuch yaad kyun nahi aaraha' type. Doctor informs this to KT, Kushala and Juhi that Preeti's surgery went through complications due to which she had a PERMANENT MEMORY LOSS, yes its actually very shocking because permanent memory loss usually never happens in ITV shows. Doctor says Preeti is a reborn human after surgery and had completely forgot her past. Emphazing on the sentence Preeti is now a completely new person doctor ends her speech. The reason behind memory loss is the damage brain issues that will never recover. Its really on a high scale like how they had introduced this track with all the details and everything even Starplus gave a disclaimer too. Precap shows the cancer hospital catching fire due to a short circuit indicating KeerTi's seperation. Manav shared his insta story last night where he shown everyone were mourning assuming Preeti to be dead. Probably leap will happen on thursday.
