Well I think, if both sat down n talked quietly without shouting n jumping around like they did, especially Rohini, then all misunderstandings wud have been cleared 😛

As for Radha not trusting Rohini, well may be that pic in that magazine did confuse her n she didn't know wat to think anymore.So may be she cud have given Rohini a chance to justify herself.But even if she did, Rohini was too busy shouting n crying like a beggar n too busy insulting shekar, instead of calming her mum n explaining the whole issue.

May be such a big city like Mumbai is making Radha feel insecurte as her daughters have already lied once so may be her trust for rohini has weakened a lil bit, n i won't blame her that much. 😆
I donno for her, but for me Rohini has badly let me down, n am not liking her.

I don't agree Komal. I think if Radha had the common sense in the first place to give Rohini such a huge responsibility then she should have had the common sense to talk with her daugther calmly whatever the situation. If Radha knows that she is arrogant and is immature then why has she given her such a huge responsiblity?

I think Radha has been shown as a dependant mother when in fact she has a very strong will. I think Radha could easily do what Rohini is doing. There are so many mothers in Mumbai, in India, who are coping with not with just three daugthers but many more. Not forgetting having problems with married life, Saas, money...other family members etc. I think Radha needs to be shown to take control here.

I feel disappointed that TnD have represented an Indian mother so weak that she has to rely on her daugther. However this is just my opinion. I know how difficult life is for a mother like Radha without a job so I am not complaining.

First of all i disagree with wat u said.

Did Radha actually ever ask Rohini to take all the responisbilties? I thought she was the one who took all responsibilties on her shoulders n took it for granted that she has the household to take care of. But Radha did not ever stop her from taking ther responsibilities, she always supported her n encouraged her in watever she did. And also at her age any girl wud have to take the responsibilities maturely and take care of her family. Its not such a big deal. She was ''smart'' enough to take the responsibilties but is not mature enough to stand by her decision n start snapping at everyone...w/o reason🤢..i know this is not the qnshere but still😆

And i don't think Radha realised how stubborn her daughter is😕

As for Radha I think she is the one who is more tensed than Rohini n as a daughter Rohini shud understand her mum. As u said may be Radha shud have given rohini a chance..she didn't..but if Rohini is that 'smart' n responsible..she shud have been able to calm her mum down or give her time n then explain herself😃

And Radha cud also have done wat rohini is doing, well she did try to do so..she took a step forward n looked for a job, but who is the one who stopped her?😃 Our dear Rohini.😆 So this is a clear example that Rohini took all responsibilties by herself, i don't think Radha imposed it on her.😳

And if Radha was given the chance she cud have proved herself.

As for TnD its true they r portraying radha as a weak mum, who is bossed around by her kudoos daughter.

If Radha made the mistake of giving the authority to her daugther to handle responsibilities and now she has realised how stubborn she is, then she should not continue the mistake by letting Rohini handle the house. Wouldn;t you agree? Then why didn't Radha say, "BAS, ENOUGH!"? (Woow sounds soo filmy😆) Radha needs to show who is boss regardless of who is bringing in the main income for the home.

I am new to the story so didn't know Radha wanted to find a job. However my point of view is that Radha now has living example of what a baby Rohini is and should change things before Rohini messes up even more. That is my point. If Radha is mature enough to take a step forward to calm her daugther then I am sure she is mature enough to know who will handle the home.

Maybe if someone has TnD's contact then we could send this information to them about Radha's character. All mums are not the same so I don't see why she should be strong. Some mums give up because they have suffered a lot. For me, if I was in Radha's shoes then I would think to myself that I have three young daugthers who need me so I need to be strong.

I don't think you went overboard. The whole point of a debate is to argue for and against a situation. Your answer is brillant.👏
