Why some want another invader show when we are getting a Takht movie and also a web series on Mughals? Kabhi to ancient Indian rulers pe banao. Not Ashoka or Chandragupt as they are made but on others. Before Prithvi Vallabh was made on TV many people were not aware of that ruler.

I don't want to get into should they make or not. I feel ITV would just whitewash whatever character they chose. If they are doing mughal vala show they will have them as center piece from narration stand point meaning glorifying them. If its a movie then that's a different ball game. you can show how barbaric they were. case in point padmavaat. I don't think any writer on ITV or OTT can show true picture. They would always use quote unquote artistic license. You know what that implies

Though I don't watch the show I like the different kinds of clothes given to Shivani. They are all kinds of clothes instead of sticking to only 1 style like girls in many shows even on youth channels like modern girls wearing either dresses or T-Shirt jeans or shorts or kurti-jeans.

I am sure this topic is made by a troll to create fights so I reported the topic. I think some others too may have done. What you said is what some people said in the topic that if they want to make a show they have to show everything not just glorify them. Wanting a shows on Mughals like GoT and Vikings is too much when there were many Indian rulers on whom shows should be made. Still we have Takht movie and a web series on Mughals soon. Why not on ancient rulers or Maratha Empire?

even i sometimes wonder. even from south there are so many stories they can pick. I believe this has more to do with saleability and visiblity. A show on maratha might work well in maharashtra but will it garner eye balls in north and south?
