i dont know what MB does to DP threads but i have proof to prove Sonu ahead to anyone in subcontinent that is the references of greats from music industry ..and none of them claimed such things for other singers ....name any muscian and he will rank sonu above rahat , udit , kumar ,arijit and xyz so is it my mistake lol

While those references are impressive, people are still allowed to differ, form their own opinions on singers and pick their own favorites. Geez. Plenty of other singers have earned their fair share of praises from music legends out there. Shreya, for example. Udit Narayan is another one. You might believe that Sonu is THE BEST but your freedom ends where someone else's begins. Quit putting other singers down to elevate your music idol cuz no one is discrediting Sonu as one of the greatest singers of his time in his own right. You're only inviting more mockery by trying to force your opinion on others.

and i dont disagree with shreya or udit being the greats as well but what i said is no one have called anyone best in subcontinent, forget india or bollywood..... Sonu got the best in subcontinent comments from across the border as well from Pakistani legendary artists they could have easily named any pakistani artist to say but they said what was right for them ....... i dont force them to believe me i am forcing them to believe what stalwarts says 😉

Did you conclude that Sonu is the BEST singer after listening to his songs all your life and using your own judgment OR after listening to those handful of selected legends and their statements from God knows when? Ever heard of confirmation bias? 😛

i have made my judgements by listening to the variety of genre he had sung and to compare with other artist limited monotonous style of songs.. ..like he is the only singer who had did normal routine playback stuff to classical to ghazal to qawali to bhajan to muslim naats to westren english to head voices to funky songs or a song like Aslam bahi to a tees maar khan to singh sahab the great where he changed his voice entirely to sound like a folk punjabi singer to blues to semi rock to pop ....i haven't seen this much variety in any of the singer present in bollywood since past 30 years no udit no kumar no arijit no rahat could do this ...u only need to ears to see who is greatest.......but to proof my point to others i just give the example of statements of the stalwarts because neither they have claimed perfection to any other artist of past 30 years but only sonu .... so if they dont belive me they have to belive the greats of music fraternity who actually given their blood to this art form called music....

What will you get out of proving/thrusting your opinion(and maybe of others in the industry) that Sonu is the best? At the end of the day everyone will listen to music they prefer. Music, food preferences everyone have their own.

If they don't believe you, they have to believe those legends? Koi zabardasti hai? 😆 With all due respect to those music legends, their words still don't express certainty and they still can't control how people perceive things, much less you, no matter how many times you try to hammer it.

You just don't know when to quit it, do you? 😆 People are still allowed to have their own preferences on the kind of voice they enjoy hearing and the kinds of songs they enjoy listening over others. Get over it, for God's sake!

No one is denying that Sonu is a fabulous singer with a wide range but what is this silliness trying to get everyone to "convert" to Sonu-ism.😆
