Hmm...bit divided on this....it's clearly a pathetic track (made more horrible because it's initiated by her own sister, who mouths an even more stupid dialogue "I tried it first and it failed, but this time I will succeed ") and KKB's incompetent writer clearly cannot think beyond MMS, jail, hospital & kidnapping, but there's obviously an element of artistic freedom.
And not that two wrongs make a right, but they've already tried this track with Ranbir, and so perhaps couldn't try it on him again.
Perhaps the worst part about all this is that they don't show the perpetrator being punished properly (Aliya/Rhea/Parth)
If this complaint forces EK to replace Nagpal with someone competent who can actually write (at least for the DP tracks), it might actually be for the better of the serial as a whole.

The moment abhi gets better, he won't wait a second. He'll come and do something like this again and boom! Anybody else dies or loses memory, doosra janam. And it goes on and on.

Tbh I don’t watch first generation stuff and have no interest in them because their tracks were just random. Like papa agreeing to get married to nanny but that was to make Pragya confess her love and etc
