Regarding she is his wife,I have a very darawani story maybe she is actually vyom's wife who ran away from his clutches after staging her death and started living in hostel and there she find kabir and than to ensure her safety she took a chance to come into vansh's mansion to spy him so that she doesn't lose kabir her only sahara and than as we all know the history but somehow chang get to knew this and started blackmailing her and he informed vyom also and vyom came back and now he is blackmailing her......
