You are mixing up two events, it was on Valentine's Day when shankha gave party to his students and waited for mohor but she came with acp it ended on bitter note, next time when he insulted mohor tagging her loose character and followed by rustication, he wanted to convince mohor not to leave college because of him or his hurtful words, so he took help of her friend and asked her to a restaurant and gave yellow roses, there thorn stuck in his finger, mohor tended the wound, got a bit angry and jealous when shankha talked nicely with saswati, she was like he never talked to me nicely and saswati isn't even a good student still he is behaving nicely, they shankha will drop mohor home and his parents will get to know about everything and they tease them, then at night both call each other, one to ask her decision and other to know how is his hand wound? They talked at night and both smiled thinking about each other laying in bed 😜😜

So they are changing it up here bc she didnt meet acp on valentines day..

And i dont think Anokhi will agree by simple flowers and an apology.. so it may be a diff track here.
