Watch the shows on Sonyliv. Also nowadays there are many websites that piggy back off Sonyliv. I've downloaded quite a few Sab TV shows from this separate website because it has the same soundtrack as when they show it on TV. Or at least it does so in most cases.

Yes. I also use a site called SongsMP3. They have the biggest collection of MP3 versions in good quality.
