I have been asking everyone here about the divorce law because as per my understanding, if India was under the british rule, then the laws of divorce and annulment would have already been there. In the British history, these laws were there since 16th century (I think. or maybe 17th)

So, I have been questioning this too that why didnt he divorce her before and why suddenly one night he saw a dream and starts all this shadi avaidh bakwas. 🤪

The only conclusion I could come up to was what I mentioned in the first sentence of my comment. 😆

Annulment of child marr came into existence in 2k6 buddy and divorce act is in excistence bt reason my wife is kid is not applicable fr divorce,only dowry, no child ( like varis) those comes under divorce act..... yup makers should focus over these things if thy go fr annulment topic... and suddenly seeing KSG insta post i think he gonna die in AE'S marr, bfre tat he gt promise frm ARC not to annul his marr.... so thy vl marr bfre kaka as its his last wish nu i think sry its mere imagination.....

No buddy no spoiler abt his death or leaving show bt his recent insta post he mentioned i played lot of characters of various age and every character has its own age ... gratitude to universe nu along vth one KSG pic edit and one spoiler says AE'S father get ill and Bon asks KSG to perform rituals instead of him and suddenly he gets threatening call to call off the marr.... so connecting both its merely my imagination and really i too felt ths should not happen nu 😭 I like his character lot

No it meant that after act is passed, marriages where one of the spouses are still not marriageable age will now be illegal, if the people involved were married as kids but are now adults their marriage continues to hold only if they wish to.

They could also get their marriage annulled but most people didn't do that.

The reason that ARC is doing all this now is because of Bondita's paranoia of getting the patni acknowledgement, something which she doesn't understand at all.

We can keep blaming his Manorama attraction for it but the real reason cannot be denied.

We saw him try his best to educate her while still keeping her as his wife on paper, but whatever he made her understand was being undone by KSG and Sampoo and Bondita's own inherent desire to achieve a goal she doesn't understand properly.

Now her not studying and taking drastic measures is making him do this.

After 2k6 act if bride and groom or either one minor na can appeal in court fr annulment within two years of their marr if thy vl b major.... if thy are still kid thn any guardian other thn parents along vth prohibition of child marr officer can appeal in court to annul their marr.... and acc to 1929 act child marr is illegal and punishable if grl under 14 yrs and guy under 18.... bt no annulment of prev.happened child marr.....
