It's better rather than thinking negative to wait and watch where the story is heading. Because we have no idea of this track . Padmini 2.0 was predictable we knew it's heading there.

Here is my guess (without seeing the WU). Rani might be mimicking the accident thing to somehow show that Veer didn't do it. Do they show her being hurt in the promo or just blood on the drivers seat? If they don't show her being hurt, it's a hook for viewers. Doubt they will get her hurt again.

If she does get hurt, I have another theory which I will share after seeing the promo 🤣

Ditto. It will be like making fun of the law and Veer will never let it happen. She must be mimicking to show Veer hadn't done it. Feel someone might have meddled with the breaks.
