yeah, it was acted really well. Cheap dialogues the but act aise classy way mein kiya tha. something we have never seen before bc right after they pan the protaganists and their romance bkg...yaha par toh bilkul alag.

I know! And I loved how she immediately sensed Anokhi's hesitation and guessed that Shaurya said something. Aastha continues to be a great character who shows time and time again that she stands up for what is right. Also I like the contrast in the way Devi reacted, asking Shaan if this was anyway to talk to Shaurya despite knowing what he said and the way Aastha reacted. Devi represents what I'm used to seeing but Aastha's reaction to not cover up her son's mistake was refreshing!

I do hope that she and Shaan reflect on the fact that by neglecting their child, they let him grow up to have such horrible thoughts. Surely Shaan would have known the type of beliefs people in this house have. Why would he think that Shaurya would grow up any different?

@bold … this is why I get pissed at Shaan-Aastha when they are focused on their effing romance!!
They had no part in his upbringing, why the self righteous surprise. They are good people but they’ve screwed up their own son royally.

Itni ghatiya soch!! I cringe thinking about it.

he sounds like a man who is accusing his gf of cheating on him. I hope they handle this track well and make him suffer. Bc not showing serious implications of this could leave a lot of youth thinking it's okay to say these things to a girl and okay to man handle girls. This show is trying to do the opposite of it so i hope it's not promoting the same man handling and saying terrible things to FL and then moving on like nothing happened for the sake of romance or him being a broken kid w a broken home.

@bold -- that is what happened exactly. He said na , dont call me sir n all. He dosent have a student teacher relationship with her at all. He sees her as "his girl". He has not said it, but his actions speak. And the moment she acted like she can be someone else's girl , he felt cheated. And that is what he is accusing her of. The only reason she will cheat on him is for money power etc etc or because she likes men's attention.

Shaurya is the king of insinuation, he really is soooo good at skirting around the issue, saying what he wants to say without actually saying it. As someone already pointed out I think, just saying loose character and gold digger wouldn't have been as bad as all the words he used today.

right bc he keeps saying, shes acting as if she knows nothing..she is doing like she doesnt understand anything

he somehow means for himself..like she knows im into her but shes just using me, i help her but she used me, i am conveying im into her but she is pretending like she doesnt get it at all.

I mean is there ever a coming back from this?! The premise of the show is nafrat turning into love...but how can ANY girl EVER fall for a man who just did what SS did?

I would literally find him borderline crazy and creepy.

@bold I believe that is why his virtues were highlighted before bringing out this side. Trust me, he is not beyond redemption he might be stubborn and bull headed at the moment but he is capable of reflection. If (I believe they will) the makers actually show the effect his words and actions have had on the opposite person and he genuinely regrets he won't leave any stone unturned to make it better. I am not justifying (that's the last thing I'll do😆) him but just reminding that he has a better side that is worth rooting for.

I only brought the real life repercussions into the discussion because a lot of impressionable young people watch these shows and didn't want anybody walking away thinking this is 'alright'. Which once again kudos to the makers they didn't make it look like it was 'alright'.
