Yeh Kya hai bhai kahan khogaya raghav babuđ
But there was one line that Raghav said which I loved . When baba asked what was Raghav doing in Pallavi's room? Raghav said ask you daughter she speaks a lot,she will tell you to which baba said she already told me about it. Then Raghav eyed him and said "Ohh so you're here to verify whether she spoke the truth or not??" That dialogue spoke too much. Idk why but I felt Raghav tried to question Baba whether he thinks Pallavi is lying or what!!
Full disclosure: I've developed a deep dislike towards Baba. It happened in that very moment when he dropped Pallavi's hands while she was explaining why Raghav was in her room and what happened.
I know this is a fiction and for the purpose of dramatic storytelling characters have to sometimes behave badly, withhold information, speak nonsense---but Baba's behaviour troubles me as classicly patriarchal. Dropping Pallavi's hands is symbolic of withdrawing love and support. As long as the wife/sister/daughter/bahu is behaving perfectly love is abundant---the moment a shadow appears---due to no fault of the woman in question---love is withdrawn.
That is why I loved Raghav's question to him. "Did you come to verify her words?" In other words, last night you said daughters in your house are considered goddesses and now you need to come to a man like me to verify whether the goddess under your roof spoke truthfully?
Consider, Sisters, how it shames Pallavi. Raghav might wonder---why is Pallavi's word not good enough for Baba? Has Baba reason to doubt Pallavi? It opens up doubt on her character.
Baba should have gone to RR's house and said, "Pallavi explained why you entered her room yesterday and I appreciate your concern for my daughter's modesty---but the next time you feel the need to be helpful, remember that a gentleman doesn't enter a woman's bedroom uninvited. Against my wishes, you have been invited to the wedding, but while you are under my roof, remain in the public rooms. And keep away from Pallavi. She is not for a man like you."
That would have earned my applause and Raghav's disgruntled respect.

No re, Kirti deserves someone who is at par with Raghav Anna, someone who can actually be Raghav's ally or partner in the future, but who is also a good man. Farhad is too subservient. Raghav needs some people who need to put him in his place when he is in over his head.đ
Too right! Kirti deserves a partner who will stand up Raghav. Will Akash do this? He's been for now punched into silence in four languages---but I would like to see him rise up and continue his interest in Kirti.
That is, if he is worthy of her.
Question: Why were those people chasing him? Was it just a meet-cute or has he done something wrong?
